SEO and digital marketing does not happen overnight. As a business owner you should investigate the company you want to have do the work for you that you do not know how to do yourself. There are plenty of YouTube videos to look at and watch to see if someone or some company knows how to actually do the work. For me I watched Income Stream Surfers to determine what quality I was going to get when I called Kraft Digital Agency. Do your homework and your own research to find who works with your style. For me I can tell you working with Hamish Davison has been an absolutely great investment into my SEO and online success.

I have attempted to contact this company via email, phone and WhatsApp over the last number of months regarding the issue with my website. They have not replied to any of my communications. The website has been down since April 21st 2025. Since then they have continued to charge me a monthly subscription of €35.67.

I wish to express my disappointment in the unprofessional manner in which you have conducted business with me. I would warn any current and potential customers about this company.

Unfortunately, our experience with Kraft was disappointing from start to finish.

We were promised high-quality content and backlinks as part of their SEO services, but what we received was far from that—low-effort, AI-generated articles and irrelevant backlinks that added no value to our business.

The biggest issue, however, was communication. When we raised concerns about the quality of content, it took their team 10 days to respond. Even after that, no one took accountability or urgency to address our concerns. It felt like we were constantly chasing them just to get the bare minimum delivered.

There seemed to be no leadership presence or commitment to client success. At times, it felt like we were begging for basic follow-through on agreed deliverables—and even then, the effort was consistently poor.

We're leaving this review not to be spiteful, but because we value transparency and would want other businesses to be aware of what to expect.

We do not recommend working with this agency.

Man I finally found a agency that does what they say they are going to do. I have a team that prioritizes the success of their clients buisness. I am excited to see what every month will bring moving forward.

Professional and responsive company with good support and a friendly team. We used them to develop a new website and SEO.

Finding a good marketing company is always tough - especially when it's inbound marketing as it takes longer for results to appear. That being said, these guys dont just do run of the mill bs, they know how to get ahead. A good long term partner for all that is digital marketing.

The Kraft team are very professional, with a quick turnaround on results. The lads were always just a message away, for any questions.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kraft Agency. I paid €5000 for SEO services in December, expecting professional work, but instead received AI-generated blog posts of poor quality and irrelevant backlinks that were only created in January—despite their claims that link-building started in December.

The backlinks were weak, non-thematic, and could potentially harm my site’s SEO rather than improve it. Additionally, their keyword selection was subpar, forcing me to do the research myself. When I raised these concerns and requested a refund for January (since December’s work was incomplete and of low quality), they ignored my refund request and continued charging me.

This company is misleading in its promises, lacks transparency, and delivers substandard work. I strongly advise against working with them.
