Travel from bus was good and on time. 1st point the Needles was amazing but the 2nd point the Shaklin beach was not at all worth the visit but still overall on cost basis the 1st point covered was worth it.

Would NOT RECOMMEND if you are physically challenged person.
1st point for low score. We had a group booking and from the very beginning, the agency was made aware of need to travel with a mobility scooter. But the mind van they sent did not have space. And because of that I could not go which was leading to the whole group cancelling our trip. So the scooter was kept at the door which was causing hazard for everyone going in and out.
2nd point for low score..
Trip included food and tea
I was the last one to get off the Mini bus due to scooter in the way. There was no food tray left for me. We were 16 adults and 2 kids. But somehow food plates fell short. ( my friends shared their meal with me).
3rd point for low score...
Hot Tea which was in a big kettle was not secure from the top. It had no clips or twists on the top. The kettle fell and the whole tea was on the floor of the van. No one got Tea.
The only good thing was Paul (the driver) was excellent.
Hope this helps any future physically challenged person trying to book with them.

Have been using Krish to book my tickets for last two years and every time it has been an unforgettable experience. Last Bank Holiday used their day tour package and Durdle door & Bournemouth and that has been another lovely experience. Everything was meticulously planned and more specifically with a human touch. Keep it up, we need more such businesses!

Not happy, very disappointed. My pickup point was Reading. From Reading to Durdle Door it took 3 hours. The driver stopped the bus only to refuel. There was only one toilet and everyone wanted to use it. But there was not enough time.
Packed food was included but it was not given. There was no communication from the tour manager except announcements for tea and time to come back.

Extremely disappointed with Krish Travels. Stopping the bus midway at night and forcing passengers to change buses is highly unprofessional. This caused unnecessary disturbance and ruined the entire journey.
Lack of planning, poor service, and no respect for passengers’ comfort. Avoid this travels if you value a peaceful journey.

This was a very good budget friendly trip where the itenary was pretty clear and they were so good at maintaining the plan! The guide who travelled with us was also polite and friendly! The coach was comfortable and the food was also good! I’d definitely choose them again and will recommend them to friends considering group trips!
