Ich war vor drei Wochen auf der Messe in Wiener Neustadt. Ich habe den Eye-Applicator gekauft, der eine bessere Alternative zu Botox ist. Am Anfang war ich skeptisch, aber jetzt nicht mehr. Ich liebe ihn!! Endlich habe ich etwas gefunden, das gegen meine Augenringe hilft.

My 88-year-old father was subjected to aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics at Kristals/Krystals in Georgian Mall and walked out having spent nearly $2,000 on skincare products. In my opinion, these sales were completely inappropriate and exploitative given his age and vulnerability. No senior should be pushed into spending that kind of money on over priced cosmetic products.

I welcome a response from management explaining how these sales tactics align with your company’s standards and what steps you will take to address the exploitation of a vulnerable and disabled senior.

Scam. This was a series of false advertising where I was scammed into believing I was going to receive a 1 hour facial but instead sat through an hour pitch of a $3000 product but only got 10 minutes of gliding an infrared wand across my cheeks and forehead. False pricing in ad indicated that this somehow costs $400?

Completely misleading where the ad clearly demonstrates a facial happening in the video. I felt robbed.

False scarcity and urgency also used in pressured text messages to confirm or my spot would be taken. I was harassed for 2 days with calls and 7 text messages.

the product named : "Emerald Non-Surgical Eye Applicator" I bought at the airport for 200USD, did not work : I explain: the applicator did never work. That means, I never be able to use it. In my opinion, this product is not valuable, even for 1 Star.

Foul looking and foul abusive behaviour from the scamming bullying female sales staff. These shops should not be allowed to operate in any reputable establishment never mind a five star Hard Rock. Why do you allow these scumbags a lease to treat your guests this way? Steer clear from these jumped up pickpocketing thieves who have arrived most definitely illegally and without any manners, education or class.

Stay away from this place ! It’s a scamm ! Far from spa experience … it’s a sells office for expensive products … I wish I had walked out right from the beginning ! My fault … should’ve check the previous reviews …

khloe was a great sales representative and did a wonderful job demonstrating the Stemtox skin systems protein stem cell moisturizer.

so far i have no problem with the products i noticed a big difference in the texture if my skin in just 2 days. i was impressed. i noticed my makeup looked better on my skin. so i would say its been a plus for me.

Purchased eye cream that was supposed to clear the laugh lines. Don’t be fooled like I was. Product was not good. Didn’t work. Don’t spend your hard earned money for gunk

Scam! Those aggressive salesmen and whoever is behind them should be ashamed (and even better, imprisoned!)! Aggressively and manipulatively pushing this crap to a poor naive people, some of them don't have money to buy medicine or food.

Truly am beside myself after my experience with this horrible company Kristals. I was sucked into the store by the lingering staff out front. I am not one that easily blows people off as I don’t like to be rude. That was my first mistake! I let her apply an eye product which somehow miraculously made an instant difference. I was pleasantly surprised and decided it was what I needed. I heard the price and it was a jaw dropper but again I was swindled by their manipulative sales tactics and I ended up purchasing. At that moment I was happy though as the product they put on in store really seemed to work. The next day I decided to give it a try at home. Absolutely nothing happened! No results!!! No noticeable difference!! What happened in the store did not happen with the same product at home!! How and why?? Still confused about this actually. Did they use something different? Was this actually a bait and switch?
After about 5 days I decided to go back to return. I had used a pea sized amount one time only.
I was immediately ambushed by the staff as to their policies. I said I have never heard of a store that doesn’t offer returns if not satisfied with the product. The sales clerk said and I quote “ Louis Vuitton doesn’t do returns” I was like this is disgusting and I will spread the word on everything that is wrong with the store!!! From their trashy approach to people just walking by to their phony lies they feed you once in the store. The more people I talk to the more people share their stories.
In the world we are living in now it’s truly upsetting that there are people that don’t care about scamming others out of hard earned money.
This happened in Georgian Mall in Barrie Ontario. The associates name was Alisa.
But the manager was no better. They do not care about their customers! It is truly a scam business and they should be so ashamed!

Excellent Experience at Kristals
I recently visited Kristals and I’m absolutely thrilled with my experience! The treatment I received was exceptional - professional, thorough, and truly relaxing. The staff were knowledgeable and took the time to understand my specific skin concerns.
What impressed me even more were the products they recommended
I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my skin’s appearance and texture. The quality is outstanding and definitely worth the investment.
The atmosphere of the store was also lovely - clean, welcoming, and with a great selection of products to browse through.
I highly recommend Kristals to anyone looking for quality skincare treatments and products. I’ll definitely be returning for more treatments and to restock my favorite products.

AVOID - The gave me a treatment and I ended up with bacteria infection on my face. I bought useless product and there are hundreds of scam reviews on this company.

My mum is 60 years old and was walking through a shopping mall in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong. A salesperson showed her some wonderful products, and when she tried to leave the store, she ended up paying over HK$50,000 for installation. I can't believe that the salesperson would ask an elderly lady, who is not working, to pay such a large amount. She is very upset now.

I was passing by the Kristals store in Burlington Mall today when a salesperson offered me a free sample and asked if I wanted a gift. I am pretty assertive with salespeople, and I was curious as to what this store had to offer, so I wasn't afraid that I'd give in to any high pressure sales tactics. I obliged the sales girl and went in.
She proceeded to ask me a few questions about what I use on my skin, demonstrated some kind of peeling serum on the back of my hand, which did remove a layer of dry skin but also left my hand feeling a bit of a burn. She added a 'moisturizer' after the 'peel' on the back of my hand. This stuff made the back of my hand still feel dry with a bit of a discomforting burn, even at midnight. I've moisturized twice now with Cetaphil with Aloe and it's not helping.
This is horrible stuff. Immediately after leaving the store, my skin was dry. It was a bit softer from whatever she used to slough off the dry skin, but it wasn't moisturized or soft and supple like a good skin care product would be.
The sales girl then tries to offer me another 'gift' before telling me that the 'peel' and the 'moisturizer' are $200 each. When I insisted that I was going to go home and do my research first, she tried a few other sales tactics, like offering lower prices. When I restated that I was going to do my research first because I took my skin care seriously, and that I again, wasn't buying anything today, she says', "Well, I don't know about that... let's see'.
Firstly, don't even bother going in here. Secondly, never let sales people talk you into buying anything. JUST SAY NO. It's ok.
The prices here are ridiculous, especially for products that make your skin hurt hours after it was applied.

If you get pink eye, hepatitis, herpes, chemical burns/damage, swelling, burning face, don't ask these humans to be accountable. Very pushy, almost bully-like sales tactics, in a very charming way. Very charming until you run into traumatizing affects from a treatment that was supposed to be good for you. Two weeks now feeling ill with my face literally burnt, red swollen puffy face and both eyes swollen almost shut. Zero care or accountability, I just get gaslit and talked down too. I have photos. I am in the process of contacting the Halton health unit.

RUN! Do not get lured into their store with their offer of a free facial. Once inside, they utilized high pressure sale tactics to get you to buy hugely overpriced skin care products. They will not take ‘no’ for an answer and make it difficult for you to leave.

My 70-year-old sister-in-law who has mental health difficulties was totally taken advantage of. Despite telling them several times that she could not afford to purchase anything, she ended up succumbing to their high-pressure tactics. She walked out with $500 in skin care creams and a loan payable in the amount of $2,500 (+ tax & interest) for a handheld LED therapy device. You can get the same type of device for under $500 elsewhere.

I just became aware of this incident as my sister-in-law is now homeless. I stopped by the Burlington Store with the LED therapy device (including the packaging) and one of the skin creams that was unopened and still in the cellophane. I was hoping that once ALL the circumstances were explained to the manager, Kristals would at least provide a partial refund. The manager said he needed to speak with his manager. He returned and told us that he could not refund anything. I then asked him for his name and his manager’s name and phone number. He would not provide me with this information. It was very apparent that they did not care.

My husband got hoodwinked into buying their OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive Rock Crystal Refining Moisturizer and NeoLumo purifying gel.
They threw in a nail kit that included a smelly, rancid cuticle oil and chocolate scented hand cream. Clearly it has been sitting around for years and has gone bad 🤮
The Rock Crystal immediately started burning and I woke up with an angry red rash around my nose and chin. I do not have overly sensitive skin!! I used the Yuka app and it rated 0/100!!!!! It is full of harmful chemicals that are known to cause severe irritation. On the label it says if you accidentally ingest some of it to seek medical help immediately 😳
For a company that claims to help people with their skin issues this is not only underhanded but potentially harmful to their clients. DO BETTER

I was pulled into the store by the Owner Vered Benzaken at the Hard Rock Casino in Fort Lauderdale. She was aggressively friendly and tried her very best to get a sale. Cream were applied under my eyes.
Of course, it show NO difference. All she keep saying, how much younger I look now. I tried several times to leave until finally I just left. After reading about all the law suits and reviews, I feel fortunate I didn’t purchase anything!
