KRUE Coaching is more than just a ready made one size fits all programme to lose a bit of weight short term it’s truly a life changing process for anyone that joins with positive results long term.

Derek is one of the strongest, resilient, kindest, empathetic, compassionate and knowledgable in his craft people I know and he puts his heart and soul into KRUE Coaching with the care and attention that he gives to his clients and also the wider communities always wanting to help and support others be the best version of themselves.

I am a truly different person now thanks to Derek physically and mentally in the space of 5 months going from #canttocan with his belief and support in me and from the KRUE community which really makes KRUE stand out from other coaching programmes I believe (since I’ve been part of quite a few in my years!!!)

KRUE Coaching is different to the rest because it’s about being the best version of yourself whilst navigating through the steady waves of daily life challenges living in the real world and actually living not on a miserable rabbit food diet with no enjoyment following a plan. It’s not about perfectionism it’s about reality whilst making sustainable life long mind and body changes and Derek equips you with all the tools and support to do that.

I signed up with KRUE Coaching around 6 weeks ago and so far loving every minute of it. After an initial chat with Derek to outline goals and what I want to achieve he set me up a personalised gym workout plan, we worked out what meals I enjoyed and from there I was provided with a daily meal plan but the main thing is Derek messages daily to check in to see how your gym session went and just in general to see how life’s going and is also great holding you accountable that youv made agreed sessions , the community is great also and members are in a shared WhatsApp group to discuss their daily wins, it really pushes you on! Would highly recommend 💪

Since joining Krue my life has changed for the better, I am not only physically stronger and healthier I am also mentally strong as well. I have learned to incorporate positive habits into my daily life which have now become my new routine. Anyone looking to join, they should!! Derek is the best around, his passion and drive on being the best is inspiring and the way he gets to know all his members individually is also amazing as he’s always there to support and encourage them/us to at every level. Fellow Krue members are also a massive support all encouraging each other ⭐️
