PLEASE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ALL THE REVIEWS!!!! This company is no good please order what ever you want from anyone else. This company will take your money and never send your product!!! They will tell you that they have a tracking number when all they do is scan it in the warehouse and never send it to the post office. They are scammers whose days are numbered they have been doing this for years but have many many legitimate complaints and claims against them. They will send you emails stating that they will refund you and they never will. Many have filed complaints with the FTC OR FILED A LAWSUIT OR AND FILED A POLICE REPORT ALSO BBB COMPLAINT. This company will soon be out of business. If you are looking for anything do not buy with these scammers!!!! Go online and locate the manufacturer of what ever you want and call them to see who they recommend. Ktsupply wholesale are career scammers. Please do NOT buy anything from them at all. It time to put these scammers out of business!!! It’s going on 3 months and no merchandise or money returned. Now that I filed suit and complaints and police report now they are sending empty emails to me. Please avoid these scammers!!!!

Waited 3 weeks for my order and only ever received lies and excuses regarding the shipping status, warehouse fire inspections, warehouse moves, etc. Kept getting told the order would get shipped out in 1-2 business days before getting another excuse and they needed another 1-2 business days to ship. They even told me my order was already picked up by UPS before coming back to me the next day to say it hasn't been picked up yet and they needed another 1-2 business days. Order was finally cancelled, I was told I was refunded, yet I still haven't received my refund.

Update 11/25/25: I still haven't received my refund, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I also filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, and NJ Attorney General.

This company is a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I placed an order at the beginning of the month and I have not received it yet. They do not have a working telephone number, and they do not answer emails. AVOID!

I placed an order on the 6th of this month and never received it. For over 25 days they kept sending fake emails with excuses like “we’ll ship in 2–3 days,” but nothing was ever shipped. They have no working phone number, only email, and that was useless. Finally, I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back. Do NOT trust this site — total scam!
