Done purchase on 14th nov there is no response on email WhatsApp no one pick up the phone think is scam just be aware !!!!
Brought scooter in September 2023. Originally came with a broken motor. Took until December 2023 for a new motor to come. 2 weeks later the battery is now dead. I have had to replace almost everything (but the battery) and it still doesn't work. Tried to do a battery warranty. Well started the emails in January 2024. Here we are in April 2024 with no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY.

Kugoo M4 Scooter- Battery has completely died. Brakes which have electric assistance started failing and the headlamp would flash even though the light switch had not been activated. Contacted supplier and got an automated response saying customer service was closed for CNY and would return on 19.02.24. No resolution as of yet. Finally in the past 2 weeks the brake discs and wheels have now rusted. The scooter has been kept indoors the whole time I’ve owned it.
The scooter is only 6 months old!!!
I bought G2pro and got my scooter after 6 days. Despite the reviews, I'm afraid I won't come.
Scooter is verry good. I highly recommend.
Bought one last March had problems since October tried emailing them with no response
I've tried to cancel the order as it was made by mistake a moment after placing it. No one replied to my e-mails so then a week later I refused the delivery with the DPD guy and now I need to pay PayPal credit instalments!!!
I've sent dozens of e-mails and no one from this company ever replied to me, their phone number is dead and PayPal doesn't want to help as I refused the delivery so it's not under buyer protection! I reported them as a fraud to the police.
Really poor service been waiting for my part for 22 days no tracking no response no contact details or work. Won't use them again
I’ve had a G3 pro for 2 months now and have ridden 20miles.
The first minor issue I’ve had is with the charger. The green light no longer comes on. But the charger still works, so I’ve not chased up a replacement. The bigger issue is the rear suspension area is creaking. I’ve emailed customer support who told me to oil the joints. I’ve done this 3 times now and it still doesn’t help. I’ve asked for a replacement to be sent. We shall see.
I’ll be contacting my credit card company if this isn’t resolved soon. Plus updating this review, as things progress.
Update
Almost a month on now and the customer service haven’t resolved the problem. In fact other than one email offering to help I’ve had nothing. So my 3star review is now changing to 1. Do t waste your time or money. Any problems and they just ignore you. No after sales support. There’s no point them even offering a warranty as they don’t honour it.
Update 2. After 6 weeks wait I’ve finally received the replacement part to fix the scooter. So updating review to reflect that
Don’t buy from this company. They aren’t a UK based firm. I purchased the Kiren G3. Looked forward to get it!! However After 28 days and never receiving it. I cancelled the ordered. Gratefully got my money back through PayPal credit. After purchasing it through PayPal, I noticed after a few days the company was an Asian company. Be careful!!
Bought the g3 pro model...and for a month is sitting in the garage, not being able to use it. It came with a faulty charger, and after the second charger blew I took it to the service(on my money of course).The guy from service told me that the battery is the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THEY DO NOT OFFER ANY KIND OF HELP, and they are not supportive at all. For service u will have to send the scooter back into it's original pack. Unfortunately I threw away the original pack, and got stuck into this situation..by the way the customer has to pay for the shipping.
Any positive reviews must be fake or they are a new customer who has not yet suffered from this fake scam of a company. Please do not buy anything from this lot.
read all the comments a bit too late as id already paid a grand for a scooter but i can't complain everytime I sent an email it was a 24hr response and replied to every email I sent it took 19 days to get to me in the UK so far so good kugookirin g3 also got 100 pound discount on the black Friday deal i see a lot of hate for these guys but I'm over the moon with my scooter and there service its defo not a scam company
I purchased a kugoo m4 pro scooter absolute pile of rubbish after only 6 months of use it completely stopt working emailed kugoo a dozen times and never got a single reply so now scooter is useless waist of money I will never buy from kuggoo again
Kugoo is an example of web scum. They present themselves as a UK seller kugooscooter.uk. but they are not. The order took 45 days to arrive (shipping problems were always the explanation). I asked for a refund during this time but it was denied. Upon arrival, the scooter ran for just 3 weeks before breaking down.
The so-called service support won't fix the problem and instead sent me a video on "how to repair your scooter". Kugoo sent me a broken spare part after 3 months, but it was not the right one. I subsequently learned that I had been sold a scooter of an older generation for which Kugoo does not have spare parts. Kogoo refused to exchange, to refund. They have been sending ridiculous answers for already 7 months like:

Although the metal part is different, but his diameter is the same, and the role of this metal part is only set on the screw used to tighten the inside of the fixed. Directly discard the old acceleration finger dial interface.

I thought it was a uk seller but when i look at my paypal receipt i noted the seller had a different website (teamgee.com) and not kugooscooter.uk. I also found out that this seller use another website kugooscooter.com and it got some really bad reviews on it. I have been waiting 13 days for my delivery but after i read all the bad reviews i dont even want it to come. NEVER BUY FROM THE THREE WEBSITES I MENTIONED AS THE SELLER IS A SCAMMER. I will inform paypal and see if can get a refund.
This site gives the impression of being UK based - ".uk" website, prominent display on pages of "kugooscooter(uk) - official certified site", "free shipping in UK & Ireland" at top of web page, prices in £'s.
However, they turn out to be shipping out of Europe.
Having placed an order online using paypal payment, I received no confirmation email or any communication confirming the order. I attempted to contact them by online form, email, and whatsapp number given on the webpage - all without success.
At this point I was beginning to wonder if this was a scam site & raised the issue by sending them an email by raising a case with paypal.
Once again I received no response until the day the case was due to be escalated with paypal - at which point they posted a tracking number via a paypal message (still no answer to my queries or request for order confirmation/invoice). On checking the tracking info it transpired that it was shipping from Germany.
The problem with that is the possible VAT & Customs duty you may now find yourself liable for after Brexit.
The item did finally arrive (and so far no VAT/Customs demands).
However, I still have no order confirmation or invoice so the chances of any support from this company if I have a problem are pretty slim (despite their statement - "Offer an after-sales service in Europe").
Difficult to get any after-sales service if they are not contactable.
