No Heating and water for two nights stay, my guests were extremely unhappy. contacted kunda house who only refunded £10. The deposit was refunded after multiple requests. Extremely unhappy, my guests asked me to sue this company as they shouldnt charge for inhumane conditions. They came from middle east and stay in cold weather of UK in Kunda House without heating and hot water. They felt sick and considering taking legal action

Has the potential to be a good property. Advice
Finish the renovations, taps in bathroom and kitchen very loose. Door handle to bedroom very loose.
Strip on floor kitchen and bathroom entry incomplete. Unsightly!
Advertised to sleep 4, provide linen and blankets to sleep 4.
Ensure linen is of high quality and not torn as we found the master bed bottom sheet.
Always use a matress protector. This is for hygiene.
Provide liquid handsoap for bathroom, not watered down hand liquid. Likewise provide dishwashing liquid, not watered down liquid. Provide a new kitchen sponge not a used dirty sponge, and provide a tea town for guest to use.

COLD and CALOUS business.

I booked this accommodation for a 6 week stay to do an electrician course. 7 days before, the company notifies me they've gone into administration and I am out of pocket £6,400. I let Kunda house know of this immediately, however I am only able to recoup £56 of the £800+ I spent on this stay as per their 'refund policy', which I understand. However my issue comes with their unwillingness to consider my situation. I requested as little as 50% of the money, as I understand they're still a business but I'm merely an individual trying to get back a fraction of what I've lost.

Dislike :
1. The public parking provided (near Marrison) is really do not has safety for the women at the night.

2. The management did not cooperate regarding the theft case that had occurred. I was very traumatized when I was informed that Birmingham is a city with a very high rate of theft.

The room itself was clean and tidy but the bathroom was very unclean. The shower area had mould around the bath. This needs to be addressed with some urgency.

I stayed one night with my family. On arrival noticed a lot of damage to the property.
In my mind I thought I should take photos incase I get accused of damaging anything.
Didn’t think much else of it and forgot to take photos went out for food came back around 9 pm unfolded the sofabed in the living room only to find that it wasn’t suitable for two people only for one as the sofa bed was completely damaged. I reported this to the company And it was immediately accused of damaging the sink in the in the bathroom so now I’ve been told I’m not due my deposit back which was a lot of money nearly more than the cost of the apartment rental. I’m absolutely disgusted with the way I’ve been treated by this company and will be taken matters further. I feel like this is a scam. This company is very used to get away with and I should’ve read the reviews before booking on a whim.

I will not recommend until this property can guarantee the safety of the quest as I have a very bad experience in the middle of the night !!!
In the beginning I like this property where I stay at 20 Rookery Road. New refurbishment , very clean room, clean kicthen , clean laundry area and quite place to stay as I was traveling for working when I need a peaceful place to have a good rest .
But it suddenly change when I have very terrible experience in the middle of the night . It was happening on Friday midnight , Saturday early morning . Start from 12am midnight , 2 young girl and 1 boy have a drink in the living room , talk and laughing loudly and seems they got drunk !! . I waited until 2:15am when they was still made a lot of noice and I could not sleep . I approached them and I asked them to go to their room if they want to drink and ask them if they lower down their voice as I need a sleep . Seems the boy not happy and become my concern as we were in the kitchen where the knives is everywhere outside on the table which something bad can happen at anytime . I went back to my room and I try to call management number which unfortunately the answering machine who answer me with “ I am sorry we are closed , please call back at normal working hour “ This is ridiculous !!! When anything bad can happen , maybe someone will break my door and force to get in and we don’t have any emergency contact number I can call. This place have no safety guarantee for the quest who stay in this property . You are at your own risk !!
I am sorry to say , this is a nice place but your safety at your own risk and have no guarantee if anything bad can happen to your self as have no safety camera at all in every corner . Untill the management can improve the safety of the guest or at least have an emergency number can be contacted in the middle of the night , I strongly not recommend it to anyone . Thank you .

I really enjoyed my stay
And I loved it

The place is smaller than it it looks in the pictures. But that was fine. The service of this place however is disappointing:

1- Upon my arrival at 15.45, the room was not cleaned yet and I had to wait for 45 min to get to the room. I had to stay outside in the cold.

2- The Keypad of the outside door broke down twice in the last 4 days. I had to wait outside for the technician to come fix it. Yesterday, I and other guests waited for 40 min to get that fixed.

3- On Tuesday, the alarm of the building went off and I and the guests tried to call you, but no one responded to our emergency calls and texts. The guests had to take the initiative and try to fix it. It was loud in the building for more than 35 min.

4- I asked for an iron multiple times through booking messaging, the operator says she will send it but it never happened until now.

5- The water in the shower is not hot enough…. I take cold shower every day. I raised the issue to the operator several times, but so far they have not sent anyone.
6- internet connection is too slow could barely watch youtube.
7- outside is noisy.

Nice and clean house, surrounded by many shops

I loved the location, the facilities available for use in the room, the WIFI was also great .
For long stays consider cleaning services in between the stay

Company was straightforward to deal with. The house is exactly as described with it being very clean & always tidy. Easy parking and extremely convenient

Kind, helpful customer service. The room is exactly the same as they described on Airbnb.

My overall experience is good. Quite a clean place especially the kitchen area. They have all facilities that is required in a house. The only thing that I feel a bit down is the size of the room but still manageable. Also the customer service representative is always available on message to resolve your query.

Nice stay. Clean and comfortable rooms and modern kitchen.
