My wife loves this coffee!

It took 10 days to receive my coffee. The box was in bad shape, it must have gotten wet. Fortunately the coffee was ok. Caribou coffee Reindeer blend is hard to find and my wife loves it. If they can keep it in stock, I will order it again.

Kind if a hassle

Kind if a hassle when trying to determine how many of a specific item is in stock. You order what hs supposedly “THE LAST TWO IN STOCK!” Only to visit a day or so later and find that there are more but have already used your one promo code—annoying.

Red Velvet K-cups

This company had the Red Velvet K-cups that I couldn't find anywhere else and they shipped it fast. Had bought this all year round until now and suddenly it wasn't available- classified as seasonable. So glad to be able to find it and get it without any hassle.

As soon as we were notified, we immediately processed a replacement for your French Roast and shipped it out without delay. We also provided a prepaid return label for the Hazelnut Cream to make the return process as easy as possible.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They did a bait and switch. They showed a picture of a box of 96 cups and then sent a single box of 24 cups. It also took a long time for the order to arrive.
