Alex is a pathological liar who is not to be trusted, and he is passive-aggressive with customers. You can read other reviews as well as mine; he will not take critical feedback and will try to SLANDER customers, using lies to discredit them so his software, KWHERO, doesn't look terrible. Thankfully, I have all the emails saved. If you still choose to do business with this lunatic, I'd recommend double-checking everything and recording/saving everything.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund for about five days, but there has been no response. You have to email them to cancel your account, but they won’t respond. How fun. They do not have a cancellation button, and you need to contact them through email to cancel the account. They will make you wait up to four days unless you ask for a refund, then they can get back to you immediately. Do not trust KWHERO with promptness or to respond kindly to feedback.

Your customer service is the issue. Initially, I did NOT want a refund; I wanted to verify that my account was closed because I thought I was on a monthly payment program. I wouldn't be using the service, so I just wanted to ensure I wouldn't be charged for my card. It's a simple miscommunication. He escalated into something I had never experienced before in my 13 years of consulting businesses. After all, it said I was on a monthly plan on the KWhero website, and a friend recommended your product through a link. I didn't understand Appsumo was where I had to cancel KWHERO; I didn't even know I was purchasing off a third-party website, which again is an issue you didn't address or seem to understand how that could be confusing for your customers like I was. You first told me you didn't receive my first two emails, but then, in the response on Trustpilot, you acknowledged that you received my first two emails. Then you blamed me for not knowing Appsumo is where I needed to cancel my account in our emails. How would I know that if I never used Appsumo before? A little explanation in the help section should be provided, or at least a button should be used to verify the account was closed down. What troubles me the most, besides how passive-aggressive you have been in our initial email communications, is you made me wait four days to get your response to close my account, but only 10 minutes when I asked for a refund. I noticed I'm not the only customer who has experienced this passive aggression from you. I wanted verification that my account was closed down or paused because certain businesses have shady online practices that make closing down accounts more difficult. Customers could be paying hundreds of dollars in unnecessary fees. Instead, you didn't even do me that courtesy; instead, you tried to bribe me to change my review in exchange for a free tier 1 account. Are you crazy? First, you acknowledge you received my first two emails in your response to this review, but in the first email you sent me, you said YOU DID NOT SEE IT. Second, You made me wait four days to close my account through an email when I knew you could install a pause button or cancel the account button. Still, you purposely made the process more complicated when customers have to deal with someone like you, which is frustrating. ( Especially how you are a liar) Third, you never verified that my account was closed, and you are super passive-aggressive with someone who initially ENJOYED your product. You continued to respond in slander, which could easily be proven through our email communication. You show no respect in your response time for someone wanting to close their account, the way you tell such stupid lies that can and will be easily proven; you are a nasty, passive-aggressive person people should not need to deal with.
I wouldn't want to deal with Alex again; he's a terrible person who's not to be trusted as someone who runs a company. You also called me a liar, but I challenge you to present any lies I say. I can refute whatever lie you present.
Whether you are a customer or a business partner of his, I highly recommend that you continue to research him and whether he is someone you trust to do business with.

He calls me a liar but doesn't identify what I lied with. Alex is a pathological liar who is not to be trusted when he calls me a liar. As you can see, it was a simple miscommunication; he should have cleared it up in a friendly manner. Instead, he escalated into an insane situation. It's insane how I WANTED to support this business into a complete 180 by telling everyone to avoid ALEX and KWHERO AT ALL COST.
