Paid rush delivery only to be disappointed

Rush delivery is just a way to make this company extra revenue. There is nothing rushed about them and their delivery, no communication that paid for rush order would not be rushed! Email support and get nothing back. This being the only avenue for customers to outreach it needs to be same day responses! The lack of communication is the most frustrating!

I ordered a couple items and designed them the way I desired them to look. KXKSHOP did the embroidery/stitching exactly the way I requested. I appreciated their professionalism and superb customizing skills. Also my merchandise was in my possession on the printed scheduled delivery date.

I ordered a plain (blank) jersey on…

I ordered a plain (blank) jersey on March 23 I was told it would take 5 to 9 days to make which I don’t understand why if it’s blank. It is now April 6th and I still haven’t gotten any shipping information. I want to use this company for a much bigger order but if it takes this long for 1 jersey I’m sure it’s going to take months for a much larger order. If your looking to shop somewhere that holds to their own shipping standards DO NOT USE KXK!!!!

Still waiting for orders

I ordered some baseball shirts and basketball shirt and short sets in two separate orders almost 3 week ago as Easter presents for my grandsons. Neither order has arrived and Easter is fast approaching! This is way too long, especially when I simply requested the basic products with no special lettering or numbering.

Item was not at described and took over…

Item was not at described and took over a month to receive. The baseball pants were supposed to be grey with a Kelly green stripe. The stripe was forest green. Ordered on 2/10/26, received 3/11/26. Most of the season is over.

No delivery, no update

It has been 5 weeks since I ordered my hockey jerseys and I have not received them. I was told after asking, that they were stuck in customs. At the time of order I was given an estimate of 3 weeks for delivery. I was never told that there was a delay. I had to ask and then was never given an update until I asked again and again. The first problem is these came from China and nowhere on the site does it indicate where the products are coming from. If I had known this, I never would have ordered them. The second problem is I indicated I needed the jerseys for a tournament and it did no good if I didn't get them in time. They said there was nothing they could do and that they were sorry. I asked for a refund and have received nothing. It's tournament time and no jerseys. I will never use this company again. Poor delivery, poor correspondence and I paid for something I did not receive.
