I had a terrible end-to-end experience with Kyari — right from ordering, logistics, to delivery. I spent ₹1000 on 3 live plants, but all of them were delivered in a damaged and lifeless condition.
Despite sharing clear photos and emails, there was no proactive response from their side. I had to continuously follow up, only to be met with silence and delays. When I finally connected with customer care, the executive flatly denied a refund, hiding behind “company policy” — even though the plants were clearly damaged on arrival.
For a brand dealing in live products, this level of apathy, poor service, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The overall response and resolution experience was pathetic and unprofessional.

I do not recommend Kyari or its products to anyone. Please think twice before ordering.

10–15 days in transit
Ordered five plants from Kyari and had a disappointing experience. Two of the plants arrived completely dried out, and four had their water-absorbing threads hanging separately instead of being properly attached. It would have been helpful to inform customers beforehand that the plants would spend 10–15 days in transit. This delay clearly affected their condition.
Big Cheater... Never buy from Kyari
I bought a plant with coupon code received from vendor but unfortunately i mis typded wrong mobile number but correct email. they are using amazon as delivery partner who has not delivered the plant due to OTP issue which they can shared over email but rather they foooed me with trick that they have re shipped with correct mobile but they never delivered and also not refunded the full refund which i paid and coupon. i asked for grievance details but they never shared it and always denied.
Kyari.co plants are frauds
If there were an option to give negative stars, I would happily give that to Kyari. I ordered an XL plant from them and paid a significant amount, expecting at least basic professionalism. Instead, the experience has been one disaster after another.
First, they delivered the wrong plant — not a small mix-up, but a completely different product from what I ordered. When I raised the issue, they asked me to return it. Fine. But then Kyari couldn’t even manage the most basic part: providing Blue Dart with the correct return details. The courier kept asking for information, so I had to fill in the details and provide them.
What followed was days of constant back-and-forth, pointless emails, repeated apologies, and absolutely zero action. Their customer service is genuinely one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with — clueless, unhelpful, and robotic. Every reply feels copy-pasted, and not one person has offered an actual solution.
And the best part? After all this, there is still no resolution and no refund. My money is stuck, the issue is unresolved, and Kyari behaves like it’s not their problem.
Honestly, a company this careless, disorganized, and apathetic has no business operating. They should just shut shop.

I have ordered plant from there website firstly they have dispatched my order after 7-8 days. The plant I was supposed to gift my friend then I got the plant after 10-15 days with poor condition poor packaging and damage item, then I wrote email to team and guys please don't order from their website the company is fraud and really bad and their service and support is also really really poor and bad they will not revert you when you call them ,the call will always in waiting. I have ordered my plant on 3 of oct and today is 2nd of nov no resolution no revert no refunds nothing. Ms Ritu from customer care team asking me plant photo and video I mean how stupid is this after 15 days of delivery you are asking photos and videos and then I have sent as well still no revert. Really bad experience from kyari never gonna order my money is totally wasted my gift is also wasted Thanks to ghatiya team and their Management behind the process.
Extremely Disappointed with Late Delivery and Poor Product Quality
I had ordered plants as Diwali greetings for my clients, but they were delivered very late and in completely dry, unusable condition. This has not only wasted my money but also caused me great embarrassment in front of my clients.
To make things worse, I am not even able to post a review or upload photos of the damaged plants on your portal. This shows a lack of transparency and accountability from your side.
I have lost not just money, but also my clients’ trust because of your poor service and unprofessional approach. It’s truly shameful and disappointing. I strongly suggest you take this feedback seriously — such negligence can ruin your business reputation completely.

These guys are fraud; their main focus is to loot customer's money. Once, you place the order, they will never respond or deliver your order. If you will try to contact them through email, they won't respond. If you will call on their phone number, that is forwarded to some fishy line. I even tried to send them message on instagram and but that's also auto managed or fake. I then sent message to supposed to be the owner but that's also a bot account it seems. I am waiting for my order since 2 months; these guys have taken money and never delivered and never responded. They have another sytem to make customers fool, they will erase the order also from their systems after payment, so you won't be able to trace your order from the website. Now you keep roaming around with just holding your payment receipt; no one cares. There has to be legal action against these types of companies.

I got a coupon of 50% off on Kyari from CRED. So, I chose my plant and initiated payment of ₹79 on CRED. Soon, I received a Track ID with my chosen plant and an expected delivery of 2-4 days. When the order didn't deliver even after given timeline, I contacted Kyari team to know whereabouts of my order and I got know that they didn't even placed it yet because of Diwali festival rush. I have an order number but when I check on the Kyari site under "Track My Order", it says you didn't place any order. For my relief, they said team will be place order once we clear festive order...
Now, till date I neither receive my product nor the delivery consignment number.
I urge people to not even think of purchasing a plant directly from Kyari. I requested for refund too but got no response. That's all folks.
