Website is fraudulent. They are drop shipping scammers based overseas sending poor quality, wrong size items. Report to ACCC and get refund via your bank.

Scandalous. My shoe strap broke after two hours of wearing my shoes. The colour and materials differ greatly. My pink and red shoes have little contract between the two colours and look and feel like they’re made from soft cardboard - not suede. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHEAP DROP SHIP COMPANY. Refund now.

So I picked the largest size and when I received the shoes great but too small. 41-42 is my usual size but felt that it would be better to choose 43. This company guarantees 30 day back guarantee - when I advised Kylie that they were too tight - they responded that it would be to expensive to ship back! So they offered me another pair different to one chose and at a further discounted price . I wanted to confirm this and wrote them a reply email. No response, so have sent three further emails asking had they read my message. Shoes ordered 6 June. Its now 29-6-26. Are they waiting for the 30 day period to expire and then say too bad missed return date? Really disappointing company. Golden rule check reviews. This is a classic bad company example.

OMG I ordered some embroidered flower white linen pants and received twice blue printed flower pants. After days and days and emails trying to get a refund I asked my bank for a charge back. I ordered my normal size, they are too small so they sent me another pair for an additional fee which are also too small - even though they are a size larger than what I normally wear. Process took 7 weeks, I don't see a reason to shop here. As the other reviews have said, buyer beware

Buyer beware!!!!! Don't purchase from this fraudulent company as they are not who they say they are! My two pairs of shoes arrived from an Asian country in a plastic bag (not even a shoe box) paid $123- after discounts but the value of these shoes would be no more than $10 each. I'm actually embarrassed that I was scammed - but I was! They are now in the bin!

Terrible customer service. I had the exact experience as KATIE H below. Word for word the same email sent to me. The shoes took forever to arrive and when they did were two sizes too small. I asked for a refund and said that I would return the shoes to Melbourne but NO they had to be returned to some very unusual address in China. I suspect if I send the shoes to the address they will say they never arrived and nor would my refund. DO NOT BUY from this company.

I don’t know why there are bad reviews… Ordered shoes and a dress for a very cheap price and they were delivered, quality was okay for the price! Shipping took a while but overall, for the price you pay, amazing! Keep on going!

Unethical Business Practice

I purchased a pair of shoes that arrived and were to small so I emailed the supplier and requested either a refund or exchange.
They replied with " Thank you so much for getting in touch, and I'm sorry the pair has come up a touch too snug. Let's get the right size on its way to you very easily.

Now, there's one thing I want to mention straight away. Because we ship from our specialised international workshop, sending a parcel all the way back to us for a full refund is quite a costly affair, somewhere around 50 AUD in shipping at your expense. The refund is then processed once the parcel is confirmed as delivered to our warehouse. Completely understandable if you'd still like to go that route, just say the word and I'll send through the full return details.

Before you commit to all that postage and waiting though, I'd love to offer you something kinder.

I can have a fresh pair of the same style sent out to you in a size 39 for a small 30 AUD contribution towards the shipping and handling from our end. We cover the cost of the new pair completely, all you contribute is the small shipping fee.

And here's the loveliest part. The pair already with you is yours to keep on top of all that, no return required, no parcel queues, no fuss at all. Pass them on to a friend or family member with a slightly smaller foot, or simply set them aside, whatever feels right."

Beware that their claim that your will receive a 100% Refund it false and misleading.

Nothing like photos, poor quality & over-priced for rubbish that is not Australian. Certainly not husband & wife shop in Melbourne. Cant return unless I fork out a fortune to China, so refunded not even 20% of paid amount. What a rip-off. I usually check Reviews, but on this occasion I didnt, that will teach me!

Wrong size shoes, weeks to deliver, crap quality. Obviously cheap and nasty. NOT what was advertised. Do NOT purchase from this scam. If this is their dream, well it is a nightmare and they need to wake up

This entity is a scam ghost site based in China. The products aren't what they say they are (cheap materials, not suede...you need to resd rhe fine print) and the 100% money back guarantee is incorrect. Return address is an address based in China and costs $50 to return the product (purchaser has to pay). Product itself cost $59.

Don't expect your money back and they dont exist in Melbourne. There is no online history of the couple.
