Absolutely useless. They seem to think that they can just go about changing labels and send it to customers. I am in the process of getting my money back. They printed labels where the artwork was randomly changed without my consent.

They only get 1 star as 0 stars was not available. They dont tell you any delivery will take 6-10 days. They lie about where your goods are. I ordered on 22nd June, now 30th, still waiting.

Dreadful company. Do not buy from them. I cancelled an order roughly 24 hours after ordering. They told me it was already despatched. It was not despatched for a further week. They lied! I had to pay the return of an item that should never have been delivered. I paid delivery twice and charged an extra handling fee. There are better places than this. Please do not order from this company. You will get ripped off. Their Terms and Conditions attempt to deny you your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations

We're a UK based design studio and have used this company for various projects on behalf of clients for 5 years now - successively dealing with their fantastic customer reps: Ara, Mirjam, Mariola and Logan. We have always had excellent service, quick turnarounds, competitive pricing, top quality labels with a premium finish - some of them winning prestigious packaging awards. Oversea shipping and import has generally been a breeze too, which is a welcome bonus. Through our lasting collaboration, we always had positive experiences with label.co.uk. We had a single instance of quality control issue several years ago, which was promptly and professionally resolved. Other than that, always flawless orders. We very rarely publish these kind of reviews, but in our professional opinion, they deserve the praise so here we are. Highly recommended!

Hassle from start to finish.
Fought and eventually Got a 50% refund as the item was available for less than half the price elsewhere.
Tried to cancel the order minutes after being placed, totally ignored this and sent it.
On arrival it didn't work
Battery remote flat.
Charged the power supply up,didn't work.
Informed them,email saying you got a 50% refund,said yes but that was before the item arrived.
Item doesn't work so want a replacement or a full refund as the item is what you call knackered as Del Boy from only fools and horses would say,and is your company being run by Del Boy Trotter.
What a shambolic outfit.

Worst company ever! Dreadful returns policy making it impossible to get a full refund when item is unusable ! Don’t use them at any cost !

I accidentally ordered a water bottle and immediately cancelled through their support link. They kept sending me emails saying my support ticket was open but did not get a cancellation number so they shipped the order anyways. Now if I want a refund I have to pay to have it shipped back to China.

They seem to know what they are talking about but clearly don't.

Gave me bad advice on the print material.

The proofing service is useless as they didn't apply the same features as my final print.

Assured me I was getting exactly what I asked for and got unusable bad results.

The windings are all over the place making it extremely difficult for my machine to put the label on straight every time.

Cuts are wrong, making the artwork lop-sided.

Varnishes are grainy.

Quality differed from batch to batch.

Of course, I will delete this review if they remedy my issue. Time will tell.

I sincerely hope nobody else gets stung like this.

The lady I dealt with was excellent and the production and delivery time was also extremely quick and efficient. The print quality is very good, but the big problem I have is that the paper quality isn't that great and seems very susceptible to bubbling when on the bottle. I've had 100gram paper from you a couple of times in the past which has been better.

The worst labels we got ever. The labels have not been cut it properly. Waste money

Label.co.uk has always given us a professional service. Their online tool works quite well although it has a slight learning curve. That being said the team are always very helpful and quick to reply.

Excellent all-round service! The website is easy to use and the customer service is excellent. I'm very pleased with them. For labels I would recommend!

Excellent customer service and support! We've had several labels printed through label.co.uk, and the design team is really good at making sure the online order form lines up with what is actually printed. Don't hesitate to ask for help- they are good at getting it right. Fast and efficient, they can meet a tight deadline and do a great job.

PLEASE DO NOT Confuse.... this company with Label Products BV, Germany. They just have a similar name. It is the German company who are the scammers, also known as GoGoGadgets. BEWARE. I got caught by them today, being charged £122.87 for something I don't even know about, and no way to cancel or phone them and no reply to my email.
Before reviewing, check you have the correct company.

If it can help one other small business, then writing this on this rainy Friday afternoon has been very worthwhile.

I trialled label.co.uk after my supplier kept letting me down with empty promises, delayed production and incorrect print runs produced. It was very stressful and something I did not need from a key print supplier as I manage my business day to day.

So I looked for alternative options online. I found label.co.uk and thought I would give them a try and I am so glad I did !

From the first point of contact with label.co.uk Mariola, Logan and the team have gone above and beyond with helping me order with advice, quotations and payment links.

I have always be provided with very competitive quotes and the delivery is fast.

The customer service is outstanding - all enquiries are answered on the same day in my experience and nothing is too much trouble.

I was unsure about ordering from Germany initially with any customs delays etc., but it has all gone very smoothly and they work with UPS so all that is taken care of.

I can see when the orders are in progress and dispatched and the system provides me with a tracking link which allows me to see the order status and delivery date.

Today's order arrived ahead of time which is very helpful for next week's scheduled production - which can now commence on Monday.

The team at label.co.uk deliver on time, every time. I expect it is a great place to work! They are a high performing team in my experience and certainly show all the qualities of a quality company - caring about their customers.

High quality printing with quick turnaround times and free fully tracked delivery. They even offer an express service on low print runs.

What is there not to love?

If you are reading this unsure whether to try them or not, give it a go! You really have nothing to lose - and who knows it may be the best purchasing decision you make for your business.

For my small - growing business - I am very glad I did. I now have a key print supply partner who I can trust and rely upon and that is essential for my business needs.

And they are also a pleasure to deal with! :-)
