I had ordered a bottle of cologne, order number 531240, which I returned back to them on July 1, 2026. This was confirmed by USPS. They never refunded the money that they promised back to me. As of September 8. 2026. I am still out $234.33. When I tried to call the Business and speak to someone at the showroom, no one answers the phone and it disconnects you. This is very disappointing. I thought I was ordering from a reputable business.

I have never had a company make me feel this helpless over a simple problem. My order was marked delivered on 7/31 and never arrived. Tracking later updated to "Returning to Sender," so the package clearly never reached me and is going back to them.

From there it has been weeks of chasing them. Emails go days without replies, and when I follow up I am told my message will not be answered and I have to send a brand new email to get back in the queue. I called instead and was told no information can be given over the phone because everything must be documented in writing, which is the same channel that keeps going silent. I asked for a manager and was told I was already speaking to one.

I was polite through all of it. I just wanted the item or my money back. Instead I have spent weeks feeling ignored and honestly starting to wonder if I will see this money again. If something goes wrong with your order here, be aware of what you are walking into.
