Ordered Speedboost what came was in a plain box no info with it. Could not get it to connect, then the plug bit broke. Sent back but not had a reply. A month ago now.

Habe am 22.03.2026 einen Speedboost WIFI für 51,90 € bestellt, habe dann leider erst zu spät die Bewertungen gelesen und schon vermutet was ich da bestellt habe. Nach der Bestellung wird sofort die Bestellung als in Bearbeitung und als Versendet deklariert somit ist ein Widerruf schon mal nicht mehr möglich und einem wird auch in der Rückmeldung meines Widerrufs angegeben das ich bei einer Annahme Verweigerung der Sendung Haftbar gemacht werde. Ich könne ja die Sendung abzüglich 10,04 € + 5 € Gebühr zurück schicken und das noch Versichert 6,99 € und wie soll es anders sein auch noch auf meine Kosten. Zudem wurde nach meinem Widerspruch schriftlich auf die Geschäftsbedingungen hingewiesen die ich bei der Bestellung vorher nicht einsehen konnte. Da ich sowieso auf mehr als die Hälfte auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben wäre habe ich den vermeintlichen Booster einem Elektroniker gezeigt der das Gerät geöffnet hat und es nicht fassen konnte was für ein Müll Kunden hier in Deutschland angedreht wird, ihr solltet euch was schämen so Menschen reinzulegen. Ich Rate jedem die Finger von dieser Firma zu lassen, ich für meinen Teil werde in Zukunft nur noch wenn es geht bei Seriösen Firmen bestellen und lieber mehr Geld bezahlen als auf solche Betrüger nochmal reinzufallen.

As per other comments, the Wifi extender product was not fit for purpose and then every excuse under the sun was given when I spent further money sending the product back at yet more expense & they would not refund my paypal account

RESPONSE from company below is a standard ‘tick a box’ response to make them look squeaky clean … they have no intention of refunding me as they promised on PayPal ..this tick box approach also made PayPal close the case in their favour albeit I have now had to make a formal complaint since the money was never refunded .
The company reps continually request tracking details as an excuse not to refund
I had returned the defective goods in good faith by first class post as they requested
They clearly do NOT believe customers especially disappointed ones ( product hopeless) & clearly never had any intention of refunding as they promised on PayPal 😞

They even send repeated customer satisfaction surveys after each communication .. quite a joke !!

beware this is a scam dont order anything even the website is fraudulent they are not in Australia and do not have local suppliers of osseo wave bone conductive headphones and the special offer on the site that tricks you by saying last day never ends

These thieves advertised a reputable WiFi Repeater called 'Speed Boost' which was highly recommended to me.

I ordered one through Label Products B.V. but what they sent me was an unbranded piece of rubbish which doesn't work.

Initially they told me that it eas simply a re-branding exercise by Speed Boost and later offered me various discounts if I kept the false product.

These people are nothing short of a bunch of crooks and scammers who will rip you off at the first opportunity.

PLEASE, PLEASE Do not give them the opportunity to rob you.

PLEASE ALSO SPREAD THE WORD TO HELP OTHERS AND BUY YOUR SPEED BOOST FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

Ordered 3 WiFi boosters, after reading a review- boosters are RUBBISH the signal I get off of the booster is worse than from my router!
Contacted customer support- about 10 emails back and forth - they will not accept that the units are not fit for purpose and expect me to pay to return the substandard units! Have now started a PayPal chargeback- if I could give less than 1 star I would!! Avoid avoid avoid

Je me suis fait arnaquer en commandant une antenne TV dont le descriptif était erroné. Lorsque j'ai renvoyé l'objet non conforme au descriptif ne payant les frais de port cette entreprise à prélevé 5 euros plus les frais de port pour l'envoi sur le remboursement que je n'ai reçu qu'un mois plus tard.
Malgré de nombreux messages envoyés aucune écoute du service client

I had trouble with this site from day one. I didn’t notice that they had several order options of the number of Jet Sprayers. I inadvertently ordered 3 Sprays at a cost of approx AU$455. When I realised the error, I reached out to them and I received a very quick reply that they had cancelled my order and I could reorder another one.
Well that’s when I started to get suspicious because I tried to order a new one, the screen just stayed on the Redirecting page promising to take only 5 secs. Two days later I’m still waiting. I found that they operate under several names which just confused me more and I went back to Safari to find out what was going on. So here I am and feel sick reading all the reviews!!

Label Products first refused to give a return address; when they finally did, and I returned the product, complete with notification of tracking number, they kept making excuses for why they couldn’t refund me. I eventually got my money back through PayPal’s buyer protection, and the company were still lying to me, because they weren’t aware I had received the refund and they argued with me for a MONTH! Too much happened to list it all here, but they are a scam company you should NEVER deal with! This company replied to my review with their usual platitudes. Do not believe them.

Ich habe 2 von den Lufterhitzern bestellt, die leider nur Geräusch aber keine Wärme abgeben. Ich habe das "grosszügige" Erstattungangebot von 30 % abgelehnt und wollte diese zurückschicken. Ich hab dann per mail auch die Kontaktdaten bekommen, genau entsprechend der Vorgaben verschickt, die Annahme wurdedurch den Empfänger verweigert so daß ich diese wieder zurückbekommen habe. Offensichtlich hat die fa. kein Interesse Ihren Schrott wieder zurück zu bekommen.

The item that was sent in no way performed as described. It did none of the functions it should have. After a great deal of difficulty trying to contact the company, they offered a partial refund. When I said no, they offered a higher refund. This happened twice more before they offered a 50% refund. By this time, I was prepared to cut my loses and take it as I had suffered an injury and couldn't focus on anything else. Huge rip off.

Achtung! Dieses Unternehmen verschickt minderwertige, nicht funktionierende Artikel und verweigert anschließend die Erstattung vom Kaufpreis. Es sollte bei Labelproducts nichts bestellt werden. Keine Kaufempfehlung.

Complete and utter scammers. Weeks of misleading emails saying wait longer, product is coming. Tracker now says “abnormal, closed item lost off station”. No explanation for what that means but here’s the best part - the just offered me a replacement “at no charge” - um it’s not at no charge when no item has ever been received. I asked for a full refund and was offered 20%. I am reporting to Australian consumer affairs. Do not use this company whI trade under multiple names

Ich habe einen HeatMePro bestellt. Entgegen der Produktbeschreibung erzeugt es keine Wärme, sondern nur ein Geräusch. Unfassbar, wie hier die Kunden über den Tisch gezogen werden.

Seeing all these reviews that say they wish they'd read reviews before purchasing anythingn fro this company, makes me feel less angry with myself.
I should have known better. I also bought 3 of these , tried to connect them and no luck. Left them until I had more time to play around with them and no way will they connect. They are going in the trash.

Je me suis fait avoir par une publicité sur une appli méteo pour un petit radiateur instantané soit disant révolutionnaire...
En fait un pauvre petit convecteur électrique de 800W avec un ventilo plutôt bruyant, la télécommande annoncée sur la pub est juste un décor ! La réalité de son efficacité n'a absolument rien à voir avec la description dithyrambique de l'annonce.
TVA plus 12€ de frais de port, cachés jusqu'au dernier moment avant le paiement final pour 62€. Délai de livraison de 4 semaines, pas de compte sur internet, pas de facture ni de bon de commande.
Bref une pure arnaque pour un produit disponible ailleurs pour le tiers du prix.

Wackeliges, billigstes Material. Reklamiert, bekam zuerst 20% Nachlass und dann 30% angeboten.
Sinnlos da für nichts zu gebrauchen.
Auf eigene Kosten und mit noch dazu 5€ " Bearbeitungsgebühr" zurück geschickt. Kann mich nur anschließen: Betrug am Kunden.

Ordered a light box mid November . Email saying dispatched 17/11 and tracking available in 48 hours . It’s now 28 Nov cannot track no item and they have said it will
Be with me in two more weeks . Have asked for full re fund but doubt I will get anywhere . Also contacted back to claim back the funds due to no show id any item

Trying to get a refund for a missold product that is unsafe to use, is a joke. Initially offered 20% refund which has now risen to 30%. I asked for a full refund. Their original advert and the goods delivered have different safety advice making the heaters unsuitable for use.
