still not received
Ordered on the 23rd November still not received by the 2nd December. I understand there was a postal strike but it wasn’t until the 30th November over a week after the Order. The tracking number was provided but it was invalid! I needed it for my nephews christening party. So as they never came in time I’ve requested a full refund.
Full Refund was received. Thank you

So sorry the items never arrived. We did send them in good time however you ordered them the day before the strike so we were unable to get them in the post the next day as our collections were cancelled. They were then collected 5 days later as this was Royal Mails next working day. Subsequently they then went on strike again 2 days later. We did send them tracked at our own cost however royal mail are delayed as mentioned and a such the tracking number is not showing as of yet. So sorry they never got to you in time, however we did communicate with you every time you messaged us and tried to help as much as possible.
Really quick and great quality
Really quick and great quality. I used them twice in two weeks as they were very accommodating to my need for speed.
