Great experience
My items arrived nicely packaged and were delivered quickly. They stock some brands not available elsewhere in London/or UK which is quite surprising. I will try to visit the store, but it is great to be able to order on line easily.

Scandalous ! !!
I bought shoes on laboutik, "fake sale"!!! Nobody to answer me by email! ! They send in dhl express with out my accord in a huge carton, that way I paid 120£ for duty tax!!!! I never be informed about that and of course no refund!!!! :(
Very disapointed, i'll never order again!!

Could you please be more specific and explain what you mean by "fake sales" ? The shoes you ordered were at £500 originally and you paid £350 for them, so you got them on sale.
We use DHL express for all our orders over £150 so that customers are satisfied and get their goods quickly.
Duty taxes do not depend on us unfortunately, and even if the box had been smaller you probably would have had to pay the same price.
As for the no refund, as I told you in my response to your email - because we did get back to you - it is specified in our refund policy that we do not take back items that are purchased on sale.
