I only ordered a small frying pan, but it was packaged extremely well.
The packaging was excellent, they included instructions on seasoning and looking after the pan, and even added a thank you note.

We already have a boxed set of 4 of your Cheese Knives and love the Bee emblem. I've just treated myself to a set of 6 Steak Knives with some birthday money and they're gorgeous! They arrived with a hand written note thanking me for my purchase - a lovely personalised touch!
We have used them many times already (always hand washed) they feel good in your hand and cut beautifully.

Website was easy to use. Delivery was free and my order arrived promptly. Price was good. The cheese knife set is a gift so I haven't used it. It came in a wooden box which I had imagined would have a lid but it was just shrink wrapped which I found disappointing as it didn't look as good as I had hoped.
