I got the wrong shoes not once but twice Harvey and Steph were fantastic and helping me with my choices as well as shipping and returns all within a very tight timeline, the quality and attention to detail with the products for Lacey and favor. Our second to none shipping is incredibly fast and I cannot remember a time where I experienced customer service on that level well done lace, and favor with a tremendous shout out to Harvey and team! My bride was beautiful on her special day, you helped to make it a wonderful experience!

The necklace and earring set I chose was perfect for my wedding.
Communication was good throughout and delivery was fairly prompt, hampered only by the fact it was Easter weekend.

The color I received was lime green and not dark green as shown in the picture. I paid 39$ for shipping and have to pay 33$ to return. Buyer beware

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich habe Ohrringe bestellt und wollte diese im Rahmen meines Widerrufsrechts zurückgeben.

Zwar wurde bei der Bestellung darauf hingewiesen, dass eine Rückgabe ausgeschlossen sei – diesen Hinweis habe ich zunächst übersehen. Allerdings ist die Begründung dafür aus meiner Sicht dennoch nicht haltbar.

Die Rückgabe wurde mit „Hygienegründen“ abgelehnt. Ein solcher Ausschluss ist jedoch nur dann rechtlich zulässig, wenn die Ware versiegelt geliefert wurde und die Versiegelung entfernt wurde. In meinem Fall waren die Ohrringe nicht versiegelt, sodass diese Begründung nicht greift.

Gerade beim Onlinekauf bestellt man häufig mehrere Paare zur Auswahl, um herauszufinden, was einem wirklich gefällt – alles andere wäre reine Glückssache. Wenn einem ein Artikel nicht zusagt, sollte eine Rückgabe selbstverständlich möglich sein.

Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme habe ich bisher keine klare Rückmeldung erhalten, und der gesamte Ablauf wurde unnötig kompliziert gestaltet. Das hinterlässt einen sehr schlechten Eindruck.

Ich kann den Service daher nicht empfehlen.
