Well, I don’t often write reviews but my experience was so bad with the LA Collective Morgan Stewart collection and their customer service. I placed my order and didn’t not receive my items until more than a full month later. I checked in twice and was twice assured the item would ship by the end of the day and both times it was not true. When the items finally did arrive, they did not have tags and were dirty and wrinkled. I reached out to customer service and requested a refund. I included photos yet the customer service agent was very difficult. I don’t expect such an expensive company to send untagged and dirty clothing and not be thoroughly embarrassed and take accountability.
Customer Service is a joke.

If i am being honest i do really love the product, but the customer service team (Morgan Stewart line) is SO TERRIBLE I can't see myself ever doing business with them again.
I placed an order at the beginning of April. When I checked in with them at the end of April I was told that it would be shipping by EOD on the day I checked in. When it didn't, I reached back out and was told they were out of stock and they wouldnt have my items back in stock until May 15th. I wrote a comment on their instagram and they magically were able to send me what I ordered almost immediately after me posting my comment (they then deleted it off of their page).
Not long after, I received an e-mail from them apologizing and offering me a $50 credit. I did like the product so I was happy to give them another chance. They then told me that I would need to send proof that I removed my review from Trust Pilot before they activated my credit.
Well, I never wrote a review on Trust Pilot (they confused me with another Heather R on the site). When I told them that, they completely went dark on me.
It seems that the only way to get decent customer service from these people is to write a bad review publicly. Then they will bribe you to take it down!

Like most others would give 0 stars if possible. It has been a month and my order still has not shipped. It says label created so when I reached out to customer service they said it would ship a week ago. I have now emailed twice asking to cancel and refund my order with no response back. Will never ever order from this company again. Don't waste your time or money having to deal with this trash customer service. UPDATE: asked them yet again to refund and cancel my order and they blocked my email so I have no way to contact them. Filed fraudulent charges with my credit card to receive a refund.
My Tip, save your money, and go splurge on lulus
Poor quality, mixed matched outfit colors (honey sports bra and leggings), and horrible customer service. It’s been well over two months since placing my order.
I especially loved the email when I’m assuming the pr/ marketing intern sent an email about extension in shipping delivery (totally fine) while also blaming the shipper (not ok). Take responsibility. People are understanding especially now if transparency is offered but don’t expect that here.
Fortunately/unfortunately, they wont make it through this.

Similar to other reviews, I placed my order over a month ago and have yet to receive confirmation that my order has shipped. I followed up with customer service and was told twice my order “would ship the following week” and both times that did not happen. I now have stopped receiving responses from customer service after an additional four follow up emails. I spent $150 and have no idea if my order is ever actually coming. If there is going to be a month long delay, you need to inform your customers.

I've been waiting over 2 months for my items- I finally got shipping information saying the label was created but USPS never received it and this was over 3 weeks ago now...Customer service is unresponsive and there is no direct number to call. I understand there are delays in shipments right now but I have received many other packages in a timely manner and with proper communication from the retailer. Just not acceptable.

Lack of responsiveness with customer service. My package arrived more than a month later than the order place with very little communication on this. The quality of the clothes was poor - sizing was all off even though the size and item was the same one was tiny one was huge. The set of legging/bra were different material and different color. All very strange for a Known brand and not cheap one either.
Unreliable integrity!
My leggings were ripped off on my first wear. The customer service offered to send me a second pair but I haven’t seen it. It was on Jan/2018. And today is 5/2/20. Unreliable business is the reason why I stopped shopping with your company! Integrity is everything!

Shipping delays are excessive
I am frustrated with the amount of time it is taking to get my order. Although there is some communication from LA Collective regarding delays due to COVID-19, it seems a bit excessive to be waiting almost a month for my items.This is the only company I have ordered from during this COVID time that is running this far behind. It is also difficult when the only way to contact someone is through email and the answers are very vague. Sadly I want to order more items but fear they will arrive in 2021.

I would give you 0 if that were an option. I ordered a Morgan Stewart sports bra for which the only sizing information you have available on your website is generic sizing information. It was not accurate; the product runs at least 1 full size small. So I emailed you about a return. I was told that because you were running a sale, I could not return the item, only exchange it or receive a store credit. That would have been fine - I requested an exchange for a larger size. I was instructed to mail the item back to you but no shipping label was provided. I requested a shipping label but was told that prepaid labels were only provided for orders of $150 or more (I spent $132.08). More importantly, we’re in the middle of a global health pandemic and I’m 8 months pregnant. I am not going to a fedex so that I can send this back to you...Exceptionally poor experience. I will absolutely not shop with you again.

Terrible! I had to reach out several times just to see what was happening with my order. It got to the point where I was getting the same automated email every time I reached out. Clearly they were keeping the several hundred dollars I paid and I wasn’t getting anything. After I finally threatened to report the charges as fraudulent(I had plenty of emails to support that I had tried everything to resolve this on my end) if they did not refund me in full within the next business day. Then and only then did I receive an email stating my order was canceled and the refund was issued. It really was an awful experience!!!

I would return but la collectives return policy is is not worth me paying for shipping just to get store credit.
