Moldy shirt!! misleading customer service

I have ordered three different shirts and those are arrived on the 30th of Jan. But! One of them had mold yes, you did read it correctly, it was mold inside that sealed package. The paper inside and the material was moldy too. So, I called the customer service after I got that within 5minutes. They did not want to believe that.... It was necessary to made three photos! After I did drive 50mins to leave that in the Lacoste shop because as I was misleading, I thought I can swap that to a different one. But not. I have ordered in the same day two shirts again. But obviously I lost the free delivery, I lost the price match. I got a £20 voucher which was zero end of the day after the parking, petrol cost plus the two hours I have lost from my day. Basically it is ended up more cost for me than.
The customer service said if I do leave the shirt in the shop I don't need to wait for 10 day to refund because it is already with Lacoste Since 01.30. that shit is with the Lacoste team at the shop. Do you think they sent my money back? No! But I got fake promises, misleading information and more fake promises. Now I spent over two hours on phone and my money still missing after 12 days! But they got the moldy shirt back 12 days ago. This is insane. This is a joke. This is not a customer service. Is this quality?! The mold inside of a sealed package? I lost money to take it back to them and after I lost plenty of time to chase them after the fake promises and misleading information. Absolutely insane!
Tomorrow I am going to take this further. They can play with someone else's time and nerves. All calls are recorded the relevant authorities can listen they ongoing bullshit.

Bad customer service

Had a bad experience trying to shop at Westfield White City Lacoste. Mixed race shop floor assistant was cold and non-responsive - would have spent £1000 instead I took my money Ralph Lauren - Let others know. Bad customer service, racially bias store.
Rumors about Lacoste are true.

They showed GREAT customer service

I didn't buy anything i just went in to chat to Keira, Mia, Gavin and i had a urge of making a purchase but i wanted the gift (the travel kit) but they had ran out of them. They said they should get more in stock next week BUT i only go out with MY PA Neale once every two weeks. We had to cut the conversation short because we were heading to the cinema HOWEVER Keira and everyone understood. I have not received any incentive for doing this review.

Lacoste Cheshire Oaks and Regent Street, excellent service and quality

I have been buying from Lacoste regularly for years. I play tennis regularly, and their sportswear is definitely the best products. I wash them regularly, never lose colour, never loose shape, I have intricate pleated tennis skirts that don't even change shape. I bought from 2 shops in the UK only, Cheshire Oaks and Regent Street. The staff in both are always very polite and helpful. I would say particularly Cheshire Oaks, gone way over and above to help me find sizes. Knowledgable about their products and listen to customers' feedbacks. Try to go there during the week, not weekends. And please, please do not buy online. For sportswear, you really need to try them on anyway. Lacoste is a French company, I do find I have bought various sizes depending on how much movement you need for your sports. Go to the shops physically, try them on, Lacoste physical shops vs Lacoste online shops are like 2 different universe!!! I buy lots of sportswear from other brands, but at the end, the best is still Lacoste. They last! Even I washed them, tucked them in my bag (sometimes for days, I forgot about them), hang them out, all creases drop. Fast drying and those that are water proof, are really water proofed too! I play sports in the rain as well, so I know! :-)

Unprofessional and Bad Customer Service

I purchased a Lacoste tracksuit via the Lacoste website there was a free gift which I should have received and I did not, I contacted the customer service team and they took about 2 days to revert to my query. They told me that the offer ended which was one day after I placed the order and they told me that I never met the conditions for the gift, the only condition was that your purchase had to be over a certain amount and my purchase was. The conditions which was stated in the communication is totally misrepresentation, as it only states that if you purchase is over a certain amount you will receive the free gift and the customer service team provided me a list of conditions which was not in the advertisement.

Also, the condition which I received my parcel was really unprofessional and extremely bad customer service, for such an expensive brand and well renowned Company you would expect much better service than this. The parcel was not in a sealed bag, it was just in a Lacoste shopping carrier bag left at my door and this could have been removed by anyone passing by. They were not apologetic in anyway for the service they provided as well as the condition which I received my parcel.

Never got my money back

Be extremely careful if you buy a Lacoste item online. I did with "cash on delivery" payment, and when I returned the item I never got back my money. Customer center is not replying to my emails, I will have to report them to the police and to the Ministry of Commerce. I also contacted the head office in Paris, nobody replied to me. Very bad and frustrating experience.
