Quality Merchandise
The quality of the products on their site is undeniable. The customer service is excellent if you have a question and the promptness is appreciated. Ladders and Access has clear and concise time frames for delivery of each product. My products arrived in the time they allotted. The entire process from start to finish is just seamless. That’s why I recommend buying from their site.

heavy duty stair climber
We ordered a heavy duty stair climber. The photo on the website of the equipment in action helpful and it is pretty much just as it is described. It was easy to order and confirmation received promptly. I wasn't sure when it would be delivered and when i phoned, I spoke to Andy straight off who was both helpful and friendly. Product arrived on the day as advised. We are happy with the product, the price and the customer service :)

Bought a ladder
Bought a ladder. Obviously...
It was exactly as I'd pictured it. Very good quality and a great price. Communication was great. There was a slight delay in the time frame but these things happen. I happily recommend this company. They are trying hard to please and that's all you can ask, isn't it?
