I came across Laddr when I was seeking a solution to the right to rent checks that landlords are required to do. My current referencing company still required me to meet with tenants physically which is not always possible as I or the prospective tenants may not be close by. Laddr offers a digital right to rent check which is fully compliant. Really pleased and recommend them fully. I have switched all my referencing across to Laddr!
