I had been using Shakeology daily for…
I had been using Shakeology daily for over 5 years but decided to try Lady Boss. I placed my order 12/23/21 and the website charged my account for 5 bags when I only ordered one bag and one bag was free with the promotion. I got the over charge resolved however As as of 1/12/22 I still have not received my order. Fed Ex supervisor told me the shipments are lost and they have no idea what happened to them, and confirmed they did not deliver them to me. Lady Boss refuses to re send me my order and keeps telling me I must wait 30 days before they will file a lost packages claim. What the heck?! I feel a reasonable resolution is to provide me with compensation of new shipment immediately overnight at their cost but they are not responding. Doesn't appear to be an ethical business model company. I never had any problems with Shakeology. My first experience with Lady Boss stinks big time!
***1/13/22 RESPONSE TO JacQue: Yes the deliveries FINALLY arrived yesterday 21 days after I ordered them. I placed my order 12/23/21 and timed it so that it would arrive when my Shakeology was a couple days from being gone. I was told that I'd receive my Lady Boss order in 3 to 5 days. NOT 21 days shipment time. That is why I was ticked. The delay messed me up with my journey. Your company took zero accountability and did nothing except send me emails about how I needed to wait a full 30 days for the shipment to potentially arrive before they'd file a claim. So chocolate and vanilla cake Finally arrived 21 days late and guess what, LADY BOSS tastes awful and is barely palatable. Both flavors are comparable to water with sweetener. Horrible. Anyone reading this should try SHAKEOLOGY, as I used SHAKEOLOGY for 5 years and Shakeology actually tastes like a thick chocolate milkshake and is absolutely delicious. Better yet, Shakeology has healthier ingredients, and Shakeology provided exceptional customer service. Only once in 5 years did my monthly bag not arrive and they Overnight expressed a delivery to me without question, which is how it should happen. I didn't read anywhere in Lady Boss website that it takes 21 days for the shipment. Certainly Not worth the wait. I rate Lady Boss a total ZERO for product taste, customer service, and accountability.

For first time I found a product true to it's word ladyboss Lean I ordered the sample packet and I am in love with this product I finally found some motivation a product that taste great it tastes like cake I make it with ice and I make my own little ice cream out of it it's helped me get back up on my feet I had bypass surgery a year and a half ago and I'm feeling great and so I'm drinking my ladyboss Lean I'm getting ready to order another big big order and I'm hitting the gym and I'm swimming for the first time in a long time I really feel great and I like to thank you for this go ladyboss Lean

HORRIBLE customer service!
HORRIBLE customer service!! I was on a subscription and called in to cancel. I am POSITIVE I did because of the terrible hold recording I had to listen to again. When another shipment came and delivered to an address that I've moved from, they told me I'd have to take it up with the post office. She said, "It's not that I don't believe you, but our system tracks everything". Evidently it doesn't and their system should allow you to CANCEL on the website and this wouldn't have happened.
An update: I went through my bank transactions and they turned it off for one month (November) and then turned it back on again, which proves I did in fact call. What prompted this review was basically being called a liar. If I had known they only shut it off for one month, I would have called back since I moved in the meantime so my shipment is lost.

After reviewing your account I do see that you had originally purchased your monthly subscription on 8/20/2021. You were then charged on 9/20/2021 and 10/20/2021. I do see that you paused your monthly subscription for 30 days. This action can be done through your LadyBoss HUB account, or by contacting our support team. We do not pause any monthly subscriptions unless it has been requested or completed online. This is why you did not receive a charge for November.
Although you can pause through your HUB account for 30 days you must call or email when wanting to cancel.
I can confirm that you updated your shipping address on 12/20/2021 which is the day your monthly subscription renewed. Any changes need to be completed at least 48 hours prior to a subscription renewal. I can confirm that you requested to cancel your monthly subscription on 1/5/2021. You will no longer be charged or shipped monthly.
If you are needing any additional assistance please let us know.

The protein bar I bought was really no different than all the other ones I've tried. I was really disappointed bc one of your selling points was taste. WAsn't impressed and regretted my $12 purchase for three bars and three sample powders.

The order process was great!!!...
The order process was great and I received my items. The shakes are ahhhmazing!! Ty! The bars were....ok. The bars were hard and I couldn't bite them. I'm hoping these were just old or something. The one bar,Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough was better, softer and was something I would consider buying again. The brownie batter shake was great but whew!! So sweet!! I used 8 oz of water and can't imagine how sweet it would have been with less water!!

New Year Change
I'm just starting to change my eating habits and the Lean samples I received will help me achieve this goal. I got a Magic Bullet for Christmas so I'm looking forward to making smoothies and shakes from the recipe book I downloaded. I already use the Lean sample packets to hold off hunger when it's too late for lunch and too early for dinner. Now that the holidays are over, I'm ready to be my own LadyBoss.

Shipping was great, didn't like the bars however. Hard as a rock, and didn't taste very good either. I could not finish eating it. Glad I didn't buy a bunch!

Due to financial reasons
Due to financial reasons, I had to give up some extras.... LB Lean was one of the extras.
Things are back to semi normal so my first purchase was my Lean (which I missed soooo much! Especially in the morning.... iced coffee!! Yum ;) )
What has happened to it??? It doesnt taste the same 😥
I havent fixed any of my favorite snacks with it that I used to love and have craved over the past 8 months or so.... I hope that theyre as delicious as before.
It doesnt taste bad... but it definitely tastes different.
