It did take a long time to receive my order and the communication was very poor, but eventually I did receive it and it’s my FAVORITE jersey. I absolutely love it. I do agree that the one-star reviews from people ordering at the holidays and complaining about taking too long are pretty silly.

Ordered a jersey on November 26, 2024. It never arrived. They kept saying it will ship soon. Do not order from them.

If you like counterfeit goods this site is for you! I ordered a customized jersey and it came within a few weeks. Once received, I could immediately tell that it was counterfeit. The quality of the jersey was okay but the coloring was off. I placed a complaint with PayPal and was able to communicate with the company to dispute my charge. The company advised me that it’s listed on the website that they sell counterfeit goods. After going back and forth, the company promised a refund if I closed my complaint. I closed the complaint with PayPal and now they are stating that their “payment gate is full” and to place a charge back with my bank. Lesson learned! Not a good place to order from. I’m sure that I will not be refunded since the complaint was closed but I will see what happens! Just go to a legit store and spend the money on what you want!!

Paid 79.for a jersey for my grandson and when he went to put on for school one morn he noticed there were snags in long line in material and showed under shirt thru holes. I sent them 4 pictures and never heard a word, refused to answer emails nor return calls. This place shldnt be allowed on internet! They do not operate truthfully only get you to order then just keep your money!

If I could give the business a rating of 0 I would. I ordered a custom jersey before Christmas and was guaranteed delivery. The tracking information never updated and the wrong jersey eventually arrived. I reached out multiple times with no response after ordering and receiving the wrong order. I opened a dispute with PayPal and they finally responded. They offered to replace the wrong jersey and said it would ship in 2 weeks. It did not. They requested I close the dispute so they could proceed with shipping the correct jersey. The New Jersey arrived and it was the same jersey they had already sent, not the custom jersey I ordered. Now they are back to not responding. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

If I could give negative Stars I would. This site is nothing more than a scam. Plain and simple. Please go to the Better Business Bureau and with online fraud FBI investigations. They have been taking money from people for many many months now and leading people to believe that their item has been shipped by giving false and fake tracking numbers that lead to nothing. I ordered a jersey for my son in december. They have given two false tracking numbers at this time that have led to nothing. I have filed two complaints with two different organizations above. They have not refunded my money and they do not contact me. It's time that this company is shut down. Anyone who just left a positive review for this company is part of this scamming company. They are not sending out anything nor are they producing anything.

I feel bad for the situation your store is in right now. The long shipping time has made some customers lose patience and leave harsh reviews. But I totally get it—my order was custom-made, so I knew it would take about 3-4 weeks to arrive.
In the end, the jersey finally came, and it looks amazing! The stitching is super "clean", and I’m really happy with it. Just wanted to leave a good review and hope that other customers waiting for their orders will see this review.

I ordered a jersey for myself, I paid with paypal so I can dispute if anything went wrong with my order. I waited a month until I put a complain with Paypal. They send paypal a tracking number that doesn't even exist. Paypal closed my case. I am now having to contact my bank to retrieve the funds. I will never do business with this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would... I ordered a jersey for my son around Christmas. Get a notification in January saying sent back because of postage. I requested a refund or the jersey and they have done nothing but ignored me....

I can't give enough thanks and appreciation to the people at Ladyjacket! I ordered a custom hockey jersey from them and it was beautiful, especially for the price! Unfortunately, the first shipment was a tad too small for me.
I contacted them about sizing and a brief conversation and a couple of emails they were happy to replace, free of charge, my first jersey with one that fits perfectly. I can't wait to wear my jersey to the next Florida Panthers game! Thank you so much to everyone at Ladyjacket customer care for all the special care and attention you gave me!

Horrible someone ordered me a Celtics jersey from here in JANUARY I received my “jersey” literally today 3/17/25 and it’s not even the jersey I ordered it didn’t even have a number on it.. I waited months for something that I didn’t even need anymore cus I was trying to wear it on 3/15 and I’m glad I had a back up outfit because this isn’t even the Jersey I ordered idk what the f they sent me but this isn’t what I asked and took two months to even send out

I cannot even give a 1 star. This company is a SCAM. My experience is the same as all these other reviews. Tracking never moved. Customer Service was full of excuses or just didn't respond until I would send multiple emails. Customer Service refused to send a refund. Said they would send a replacement, for product that I never received. Horrible Disgrace of a company. Scamming honest people out of their hard earned money. It is not right!

Ordered a Sixers #2 Moses Malone jersey as a Christmas gift. Arrived end of January, after emailing them that it still hadn’t arrived. I told them I’d save it as his birthday gift on March 2, didn’t cancel the order. Arrived with the right number, but a Maurice Cheeks label on the front; back had no name, just the number 2 on it. Asked for a new one or refund, and was told it was too late to return it. Maybe if they had delivered it on time it wouldn’t have been “too late to proces”. NEVER order from them.

I ordered this jersey without reading the reviews and when I saw the reviews later , I THOUGHT!! I made a terrible mistake.

I have to say this has been the best experience I’ve had with ordering clothes off of the internet, the quality is , the customer service was responsive, respectful and professional

This place is a scam!!!
I ordered from here in November and I paid via PayPal. Thank god I did! Since PayPal offers buyer protection. They sent me the tracking info and after 2 weeks there was no movement on the package. After a month a lunched a dispute on PayPal and they refused to refund me. I had to escalate the case to PayPal review and they found in my favor and reversed the charge. I wish I could say that is the end of it. Their “customer service department” has been harassing me. Calling me and emailing me telling me they have proof I have received my item and they want me to pay them or they will contact their legal department. I told them I have proof the tracking number is still in the same place it was in November with a third party carrier that was never activated with usps and I don’t owe them shit. And if they contact me again I will file a report with authorities. These people are wild. Beware if you do business with them.

I ordered a custom basketball jersey from them and it took almost 2 months for it to be delivered.

Much to my dismay, the jersey did not look anything like the real one/what they advertised on their website.

The color was totally off. It's supposed to be lavender and the jersey is purple. The quality is cheap, the size is odd and it doesn't fit well at all. I would stick out like a sore thumb if I wore it to a basletball game!

After back and forth for another month, they finally agreed to give me only 50% refund for something I'm not even going to wear.

I am STILL waiting for my refund after they said the refund will be processed in 2-5 days.

Now, they aren't even answering my emails. They just ghosted me.

Total SCAM. STAY AWAY!!!

This is a criminal, fake organization. Do NOT order anything from them. I ordered a jersey for my nephew LAST NOVEMBER (2024) for Christmas, and STILL have yet to receive either the jersey or a refund. I have been emailing back and forth with them ever since, and every time it's a new excuse. They essentially robbed me of ~$75, and continue to make more excuses each time I call them out on it. I am sick and tired of people like this scamming hard working people out of their money, and I wish I had known who they were before I ordered, so please take my advice and do not do any business with these criminals. If it were an option above, I would have given them negative stars.

I placed an order in December 2024. Its now March and they have not being able to track my item. When I asked for a refund they said their "payment gateway is restricted". I'm embarrassed to think it was a big scam. So please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I placed my order January 16 and it is now feb. 28. No communication on where my order is, they sent me a tracking number and the order is all over the map back and forth back and forth. I asked for refund and they said just hold on, they said this multiple times without giving me a refund. Idk if they even shipped it or scammed me. What a rip off! Avoid this place.
