From the minute I drove past these Lagan homes, I knew this was where I wanted to live. Not only was it a great location but the finish on these houses were great! There first opening day, I was outside ready to have a look around 🤭
The process of then moving in was made so much easier by the site manager Karl. Not only did he allow regular visits to see the house through its progress, he also made sure any snagging was completed efficiently. Whilst living on the site, Karl and his team have completed any jobs needed and are always friendly and polite. Since moving in I have also noticed that Karl regularly checks in to see how everyone is getting on and you can see he takes pride in his job.

Our lovely new home
We moved into our lovely new Lagan Home in Oak Grove in February 2026. The process was very straightforward and easy, from seeing an empty home to choosing our flooring. The staff were very accommodating prior to completion with allowing us to visit whenever we wanted to. The site manager, Karl, was always available, friendly and helpful and when minor snags were pointed out they were sorted out very quickly. Very happy homeowner.

We came to have a look round the development, The team for the word go where absolutely fantastic. They couldn't do enough for you and nothing was to much trouble. They were there for ever step of the way.
Karl has been absolutely brilliant, he always there if you have any problems or need advice. When we had a little bit of a snag list karl and his team sorted right away.
6 months down the line and he is still here asking if there is anything we need.
They all go above and beyond there expectation. Well done karl and team and Lagan Homes.

Exceptional customer service.
Over the years we have bought a number of new homes from a variety of developers. They have all had their snags and problems, some worse than others. While this house has not been without its problems, the attitude of the company has been brilliant. No matter how minor, the attitude has always been the same and that is we will get on and get it done. To coin a phrase, they don't make a drama out of a crisis.
I have not experienced any argument about whose responsibility it is or excuses as to why they can't do something.
I would like to make special mention of the site manager Karl, His attitude and approach has been refreshing. He cannot do enough for you to resolve issues.
Overall, I cannot recommend Lagan Homes highly enough.

Lagan are a very conscientious contractor. Whilst we did have some snags with our property, the customer care provided by the site manager was outstanding in helping get everything fixed. The build quality is much better than our first new build from one of the large national builders.

Oak Grove - Dunton
We hadn’t come across Lagan homes before so didn’t know what to expect. First impressions were really great when having a look around the showhome and other homes on the site at oak grove. The houses are certainly more roomy and have plenty of space for the price you pay compared to some of the bigger competitors.
Once we moved in the customer care has been spot on. Special mention goes to Karl who has looked after us since day one, nothings ever too big or small. There’s always going to be some snagging when you purchase a new build, and this is no different, but Karl and his team addressed all points on our list and turned around the issues we had in a quick timeframe. The aftercare continues still a few months down the line with Karl checking in to make sure we’re settled ok, and the small amount of issues that have appeared post snagging has also been resolved, no questions asked.
All in all we’ve had a great experience moving into our home and we’d certainly recommend Lagan if you was looking at getting a new build in the future.

Very happy with my new home in Oak…
Very happy with my new home in Oak Grove Dunton . Carl and the team have looked after me from day 1 to nearly 1 year after moving in they have always gone above and beyond to help out if needed . Was nervous about buying a new build from the horror stories ive heard but can honestly say I will only ever buy new builds from now on.

We recently purchased our home in Brackley in September 2025. Honestly could not recommend them more. Ollie was an absolute superstar from start to finish, he could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Did everything possible to help us secure our purchase, helped with our interior choices by giving honest advice and opinions (when asked for!) We have moved with our newborn, and they made the whole process such a lovely experience. Since moving in we have been so looked after, site manager Jeff has checked on us quite a few times to ask if there’s anything we need, snagging has been sorted within a week. We had an issue with our dishwasher not draining properly and it was fixed the next day. Very professional, very friendly and excellent quality home, haven’t even needed a lot of snagging. Do not listen to negative reviews! Would give them 10 stars if we could, thank you for our dream home.

Lagan homes have been the best builders…
Lagan homes have been the best builders we have ever bought from. We have had 6 new builds with 5 builders including Lagan. Barry and Joe the site mangers have always gone above and beyond what would be classified as their job. Sales staff was great to with giving us as much time to make choices and offer suggestions.

This is our first time buying a new…
This is our first time buying a new build after been put of by some of the larger developers, all of our doubts went away quickly after our first meeting with Ollie, He was fantastic and put us at ease almost immediately, his knowledge and guidance left us in no doubt that Lagan was the right fit for us. We love our new home and have had a great experience throughout the process.
The quality of the build is great and any snags were solved almost instantly by Jeff and his team
Even now 5 months after completion if we see any of the team they will stop and ask if everything is ok and more importantly how are we

Highly Recommend!
We absolutely love our new home and have had a really great experience throughout the whole process. The quality of the build is great, the standard specification is really high, and there were no hidden fees along the way.
Ollie from the sales team has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was always friendly, helpful and really patient with us, especially around the exchange process, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. Even now we have completed, I know Ollie would help with any questions we have. A real asset to the team.
Jeff, the site manager, has also been brilliant. He’s really approachable, takes pride in the build, and was always happy to listen to any feedback we had along the way. It was clear that our comments were taken on board during the build, which we really appreciated.

This was my second purchase of a Lagan…
This was my second purchase of a Lagan Home. I was apprehensive at first as the second time I was purchasing on my own. I needn’t have worried Oliver the Sales Agent took me through it step by step. If I had a query he would answer promptly in detail and was very patient if I didn’t understand. On Moving in day I was close to tears, the front door was draped in ribbon, a basket of goodies and even 2 Screwdrivers! The house was finished to a good standard and was very clean. I am absolutely delighted with my new home.

St James View, Brackley
We were looking to upsize on our current home and we love the estate at St James View,Brackley, so we headed to the sales office to see what they had available.
From the moment I went into the sales office both Ollie and Leigh were so kind, showing me plots, giving me information and advice and even taking me around to see the plots.
We fell in love with a house and from there the journey has in my opinion been 5*.
We have been kept UpToDate with the progress, had meetings with Jeff the builder and chosen all our options for the extras with Leigh.
Ollie has been awesome, showing us around the house over the last few weeks, ensuring we know whats happening and generally just being reassuring.
We are super excited to move into our home and the sales team are a credit to the site.Thank you for making our journey so special.

Disappointing, look elsewhere for your dream home
Purchased from Lagan and completed June 2025. By February 26 the list of damage that was in the kitchen BEFORE completion has still not been attended to and they have now stopped replying to emails. They pressure you to complete paper copies of snagging lists (you’ll never see them again) so you have to take copies of EVERYTHING to prove what you wrote down. On completion our house was FILTHY! We had an apology, not the dream you hope for on moving day. Oh and still no road despite some of the houses being occupied for 18 months, so good luck with you car negotiating the kerbs and raised iron works on a daily basis. AVOID like the plague!!
Lagan have replied below. Unfortunately they do not reply to emails. They are just ignored. Please provide your best contact number on here and we can contact you! This week marks exactly a year since we viewed the completed property and pointed out the kitchen damage. A year later this is still not rectified. A YEAR!
