Highly skilled and professional service; my Lenovo yoga laptop battery replacement took 40 mins or less while I sat there at the shop; service and careful handling of my laptop exceeded my expectations; the best service I have ever received ! They were very helpful to me today. I have a problem with my laptop, and they were happy to guide me through WhatsApp to help me fix it. I tried to install Teamviewer to make it easier for them. However, my laptop was not able to open the website to download it because the same issue.
Therefore, they kept guiding me via WhatsApp to try to resolve the issue.

It took an hour chatting over WhatsApp to guide me to try different things. At the end, the issue was that my windows needs updating and hence I need to reinstall it.
As the issue was not solved, they refused to take any money from me.

For me, I really appreciate their effort and time. Although the issue is not resolved, but at least I know now what needs to be done to fix it.

I totally recommend them as I had great experience dealing with them today.

My laptop broke one week before I started back at university. Gedi at Laganuma Limited, provided outstanding customer service, he shared his knowledge and expertise and provided guidance throughout the repair process. Communication was excellent and I was updated regularly, he did everything he could to try and help, and I am very grateful. I would 110% recommend Laganuma Limited, and I shall be a returning customer. Fantastic Service!
