I ordered a birthday card which only had a day’s window prior to sending it to its recipient. The card promptly arrived, as hoped, the following day leaving plenty of time for sending the card.
In addition, the card was typical of Lagom’s individual and creative designs.

Beautifully presented, complimentary greetings cards, exemplary good will from customer service (my fault not theirs). Cards took a long time to arrive and when did they arrived in crumpled reused tissue paper and cards themselves a bit bent out of shape. Disappointing.

I bought an Orbitkey stainless steel keyring in April 2025 and on 2 January 2026 it basically fell apart and seemed beyond repair. However it turns out that the key ring had a manufacturer’s warranty for two years and Hold were happy to replace it with a new one.
