I visited the Bowness shop in September and bought some damson jam for me and some liquer for my Dad. The lady working the shop told me all about the business and the products, which was so interesting. I knew I'd want to buy some Christmas presents later in the year.

I placed an online order the other day, which arrived so quickly. I also had to get more damson jam because it is so delicious. Can't thank you enough. I'll be back!

Very fast service.
The cordials are all very delicate leaving a delicious taste on the palate. They are also not overly sweet unlike the more commercial ones.
I purchased these for use with my soda stream, especially the cream soda cordial. For me, and that purpose, they could do with being slightly stronger but I guess that it is a matter of weighing up good ingredients and natural flavours against commercially enhanced ones.
Would I buy again? Definately. Bought Cream Soda, Sarsaparilla & Dandelion & Burdock. Think I will try the Ginger next time as well

Lovely range of vegan treats and a useful vegan tab to make finding them easy. Tried the cream soda mixed with fizzy water and it is delicious - brings back memories of childhood.

Bought as a gift, it came well boxed and wrapped but unfortunately the internal product packaging was broken so all the bottles were found at one end of the box. Not the best look for a present. I cant comment on the liqueurs themselves.

My favourite drink when living in OZ, and I’ve struggled to find this drink in UK, until I found this company. Easy to ordered arrived quick and good quality

I've search all over the place for fizzy Sarsaparilla having not tasted the drink for years. Thankfully I found this company who shipped my order through in no time at all. Its was so nice to relive that distinctive taste, you've brought back so many memories of getting pop delivered on a Saturday morning to me as a kid. It tasted so good I've just placed my second order. I'd definitely recommend this company to everyone, thank you for giving me more memories to cherish.

Outstanding customer service from Mary. I was contacted by Lakeland Artisan to let me know of a sale they had on the product I had ordered. My first order was refunded immediately and a link sent for me to order in the sale.

I can only hope that Lakeland take over all the customer service in the world, in the meantime I would highly recommend their online shop.
