I ordered a “toy” about a week and 1/2 before Xmas. I never saw a “ship to” address after entering my billing address. I sent off 2 kinda hostile emails to them. They corrected the error and the gift was delivered before Xmas. Talk about customer service!!! Truly exceptional customer service. I never saw a response to my email (I’m really bad about looking in spam), but my son informed me it was delivered. Thank you customer service!
