Horrendous Customer Service
I made an order for my friend for his birthday. Over a week later (the day after my friend's birthday) and the tracking finally changed to "shipped". Frustrated, I contacted them, asking if the parcel was lost. They apologised and told me they had a backlog in the warehouse but it was on it's way. Another week passed but the tracking still hadn't changed from "shipped" so I contacted them again. This time they admitted that the parcel had been lost and told me they would send a replacement. Another two days passed and still no sign of the replacement order even being placed, then I received an email telling me they no longer had the gift set in stock but, worry not, I could have an extra £5 to put towards a different one! When I pointed out that the only other sets that had the flavours I wanted to send were either a much lower amount of product / product per price or more than £5 extra (for larger sets) I received no concession at all, in fact I was actually told that, since this was dragging on so long, I'd be better off just taking the refund. Well thanks very much Lakrids, now my friend has no birthday present and I've just completely wasted almost a month trying to get it sorted. I was a loyal customer until this. I recommended their products to a lot of people too, no longer. I won't be buying from them again either directly or indirectly.

Truly my favourite sweet shop. Everything is always delicious, and super well packaged. And arrives fast, the only problem is how fast we eat them 🙈

Great but don’t buy here if you need it within 10 days
The good: the product is excellent, it’s hard to beat and my partner was very happy to receive it as a birthday gift.
The bad: delivery is incredibly slow, it arrived a week after my partners birthday. It’s a UK website and the delivery method is Royal Mail, so there’s nothing to indicate the goods are shipped from Denmark. I could have driven from Manchester to Copenhagen, had a nice weekend there, and got the liquorice myself loads quicker.

The sweet liquorice tastes amazing and as I'm a coeliac even better. It makes a change i can get my favourite sweet. Takes a while to receive it but well worth it.

Gorgeous Liquorice
Where do I start, first discovered Lakrids by Bulow, when I saw a box that my neighbour had delivered, was curious, looked online, great choice, easy to use site, easy ordering, good delivery time. The liquorice is just gorgeous, my husband loves liquorice, so I bought him some to try, I am normally not a fan but this liquorice is lovely, quality ingredients, lovely taste, good flavour selection,husband loves it, he is hooked, I just bought him a big selection for his birthday, one happy man.
