Déjà, j'adore leurs bagues !
Le service client est top. J'ai eu quelques soucis au niveau de ma commande (taille trop petite, défaut de fabrication) et le SAV a toujours répondu présent. Ça a donc pris un peu plus de temps que souhaité pour avoir toute ma commande du fait de retours mais aussi final j'ai reçu les bagues ;)
Merci au SAV qui a su repondre rapidement et me proposer des solutions :)

Sad to see not very good reviews, personally my experience was very good. Ordered 2 days ago in the evening and it was shipped out the following morning. It just arrived today so the shipping was so fast considering it’s coming from Spain and I’m from the UK. The ring I ordered is beautiful, it luckily fits as I was worrying about the sizing as others have said it’s not so accurate. I have quite slim fingers so the ring fits in a few, the quality is great from what I can see and am looking forward to buying from here again. I would ALWAYS recommend to measure you fingers but keep in mind of the proximal interphalangeal joint which is that finger knuckle as mine on my fingers are quite wide I don’t know if that’s for anyone as because my sister’s aren’t really so that can be tricky to get the ring through so measure that too. Overall a great experience thank you!!

Customer service is down and doesn't respond to emails! I received a defective ring without a logo. They wrote to me on Instagram that they were sending a prepaid label, but then no one responded! I'm disappointed!

Rings are to big and have such low quality. Return process is poor and complicated. No brand need customer to print the label and invoice themself except La Manso. At least provide us a shipping company that has a printer in the shop and a QR code so we can print the label out there. Very disappointed!

Scam. Fraud. Buyers beware.

I purchased 3x rings and upon receiving them, saw that they were of low quality and decided to return them. I went on their website to their refunds section and saw that their returns link was broken. I contacted them via email to let them know that I would like to return the items. I gave them my order number and details of purchase. They responded with questions of details I had already provided. I gave them the details again and 2 days later I received a ‘bounce back’ email, saying my email wasn’t delivered. I thought this was odd, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I re submitted the form and went through the exact process. They asked for the same details and also told me to forward the bounced email to a Gmail account and if needed, DM them on Instagram if I have further issues, to which I responded. The email bounced back. I then decided to email the Gmail account, which no response so I messaged them on Instagram. They responded with ‘hellloooo’ and a completely different Instagram handle called ‘customer_lamanso’. I copied and pasted my original query and sent it to the new Instagram, to which they responded ‘have a nice day’. At this point, I was livid. I filled out the form again and went through the SAME process with the SAME questions. It was very clear to me at this point that they had absolutely no intention of accepting my return or providing me with any return labels, as promised. It was also very clear that they were waiting for their 14 day return policy to lapse so that they would not have to accept the return. It ALSO became clear that the items I received - in less than perfect condition - were highly likely to be another’s customers return, to which they have doubled their profits.
This company is a complete scam. I am devastated that I am out of pockets over $500AUD with no hope in sight of seeing that money return. For the life of you, do not buy from La Manso.

Ich habe im Januar den Ring my ex’s funeral für 80€ bestellt. Ein halbes Jahr später fällt die obere goldene Platte ab. Der Kundenservice teilte mir mit, dass es nur eine drei monatige Garantie gibt. Damit darf ich dann 14€ für eine Reparatur bezahlen plus die Versandkosten für den hin- und Rückversand des Rings nach Barcelona. Abgesehen davon, dass in der EU Kunden mindestens 2 Jahre Garantie haben, in Spanien (La manso ist ein Unternehmen aus Barcelona) sogar 3 Jahre, ist das wirklich eine Frechheit. Ich darf dann insgesamt 54€ bezahlen (14€ plus den Versand ins Ausland) und wahrscheinlich kleben sie die Platte mit Sekundenkleber fest. Was ich sagen will: der Shop ist der letzte Müll. Die Schmuckstücke sind schön aber die Qualität miserabel, der Preis dafür viel zu hoch und der Kundenservice ist auch schlecht. Lasst die Finder von diesem Shop. Ehrlich.

Such a shame. I received a defective ring, contacted the customer care team, and sent the ring back on the 20th of March. Afterwards, I received a confirmation, that my ring was successfully returned to La Manso. But guess what?! I still haven't received my money back! The customer care team stopped answering my emails and they don't care about the refund. Scam!

made a purchase, ring is too large have emailed them at least five times to return the item NO reply, their return process on line dos not work . DO NOT purchase unless you want to lose your money. HORRIBLE COPANY is an understatement . No phone number to contact , no reply to emails or instagram

I placed an order with La Manso at the beginning of January and, upon arrival, discovered the item didn't fit. I submitted a return request through their website on the 12th of January. As of the 3rd of February, my return status remains 'In Progress,' and my attempts to reach out via email and Instagram for an update have not yet been acknowledged.

I would urge potential buyers to be aware of my experience, as the customer service response has been less than satisfactory.

I ordered an xs size 56mm ring from la mansa. I usually order a size 56 and it fits me perfectly. But their ring is extremely small for me. I pre-measured everything before ordering. Why should I pay extra 10 euros if their measurements are not correct.

Beware if buying these rings online, especially internationally. I feel completely misled by this company. I purchased a ring from the La Manso website and used their sizing method where you use an existing ring. I chose a size XS, as they also gave an approximate size of 56mm. I received the ring and to my surprise could not fit it on any of my fingers except my pinky. I measured the circumference with my caliper tool and it was only 48mm. This is 6 ring sizes smaller than estimated! The company offers refunds for the product itself, however since I live in Canada they do not cover shipping. I'm out shipping both ways including duties (about $75), and they will do nothing to compensate me for this. They would't even pay for the shipping back. Their excuse is that their sizing guide is approximate. "Approximate" by definition is "used to show that something is almost, but not completely, accurate or exact". Being 6 ring sizes off is not approximate.

Ring snapped in half after 2 weeks. Customer service is shockingly bad. Non responsive. Do not buy from this shop. They do not care and will not get back to you.

My ring broke appart after two uses, from a Pop-Up they made, and they didn't care about it at all.
