I initially wasn’t convinced that getting a survey was worth it, as I’d heard some negative things. However, after being advised to get one, I’m so glad we decided to go ahead with it!

Landview Surveyors offered the best price out of all the surveyors I enquired with, and from start to finish, the service has been fantastic.

Michelle’s communication has been absolutely fabulous. She’s been brilliant throughout the process, and the link they provide makes it really easy to track the progress of your report.

The survey was carried out by Yan Li, and I couldn’t be happier with the report. It was incredibly detailed, thorough and interesting, yet easy to understand, with clear images to accompany the findings.

I’m now so pleased that we decided to get a survey carried out on the house we intend to buy, and even happier that we chose Landview Surveyors!

Very slow, taking ever long to arrange a survey.
The worse still, there is no paper report, saying paperless office.
What kind of company is that, I wonder.

We asked Landview to complete a Level 3 survey on a house we are looking to buy. Communication from the start was great- Olivia made everything easy from getting the quote and booking the visit to updating us on the report. It did take longer than some other providers to get the report back, but Thomas provided us with a thorough report within the set time. We would recommend Landview.

The whole process was efficient and the survey was carried out on time, with the report produced quicker than promised. The report (level 3) was comprehensive with excellent photos. The only minor error is that the EPC result was incorrect as it related to an old assessment.
Overall a good service I would use again if I could ever summon up the energy needed to go through the trauma of another house move!

Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided. Communication throughout was good, and the surveyor was professional, helpful and responsive.

One minor point was that the electric consumer unit and water stop tap were not initially located, and I feel a little more effort could perhaps have been made to identify them during the inspection. However, when I subsequently provided photographs and certificates, the surveyor was very accommodating and updated the report accordingly. He also offered to return to the property if necessary, which I appreciated.

Overall, I found the service professional, flexible and easy to deal with, and I would be happy to recommend them.

Rachael worked directly with agents to schedule the L3 Survey at the earliest possible, and even accommodated a last minute cancellation.
Coming to the report, James Bonnett report was eye opening , excellent attention to details that we did not know goes into the report with images, findings and recommendations. We had out ROI 1000% from the report. We couldnt have asked for more
