My 6 month old refused every bottle (Mam, TT, Nanobaby); having used the online midwife chat service we ordered the fast flow teats & a bottle & he basically took to it straight away from my husband & after a week or so from me too. Fantastic bottles etc, can’t recommend more highly.

Ordered online on 3rd July spending over £100. Money taken from my account and confirmation e-mail received. Waited 5 working days, no e-mail regarding delivery. Contacted Lansinoh using the online form on Thursday 11th July. Was told:

I have chased this and requested immediate delivery for you. You should receive your order by Monday, should you not receive it, please get back in touch so I can chase this further.

I’m not happy with the customer service…
I’m not happy with the customer service or the problem I have faced. I ordered a double breast pump for my 36 week pregnant partner and the item arrived with the shipping package being ok but the problem was inside. I opened it up for the box being ripped and the stuff inside being open and some parts missing. My partner spoke to a women called carina and her customer service was poor. She accused my partner then said the items delivered and that evri said the parcel was in good condition, yes the out side part was but when I opened the box that’s when it was clear. I asked for a replacement ages ago and this women has decided to give a refund instead to spite us as we wanted a replacement and now the item isn’t on sale anymore and she has done that deliberately. She should of asked what we wanted to do first but no she didn’t, she won’t give us her last name so we can report this higher, she has completely stressed my partner out and if anything happens to my baby or my partner il be sueing lansinoh, I have enough Info to take this higher and all this will be put all over social media. So any supervisor or manager needs to get the replacement sent out to my partner and personally apologise please as she is crying and worrying on what to do now as she has no pump for her nearly born baby. Shambles, despicable and down right rude and wrong

I love their products
I love their products. Their nipple cream is so great! The storage bags are definitely the best in the market to storage milk to be frozen. It was my first time using the cold/hot pads. Definitely the win brand
Quick mistake correction
Initially there was a problem with my Amazon delivery, missing part of the Lansinoh pump set. After finding way to speak to costumer service, they resolved the issue immediately and in two days I had the missing part!
professional sample pack
Received a professional sample pack. Amazing product that is a god send for nursing mums. The niplette has helped a friend who was struggling. Super service and fab products.
I did not receive the parcel,
I did not receive the parcel,
I got an email from Evri saying that delivery was not posibile as no one was at home sending me a black picture,
I have one week since I am at home every day and also got CCTV in place in case they were going to try to deliver I would have know. The name of the driver that apparently tried to deliver is Peter.
I don’t find any email adress or link where I can speak with someone from Evri.
I paid for the product on 31st and did not receive anything so far.

Great for Breastfed Babies
We have used these bottles since our little one was born. Just purchasing our second lot which have worked so well and have fully complimented our breastfeeding journey.

Made an error in the delivery address, emailed customer services & they sorted it out for me. Prompt delivery.
Box damaged
Product arrived in great time however due to packaging in envelope insread of box, the actual box of my item ended up damaged. If it turns out I cannot express milk then I was hoping to return the item as I'd not be able to use it however because the box is damaged I do not think I would be reimbursed.
Post birth bottle is missing
Post birth bottle is missing. The kit says this bottles is included but I didn’t get it !!!

Parcel never received. Evri sent a picture of the parcel hanging out from the letterbox but there was nothing there.
