After reading an article about LANX in Country Living, we made a special journey from Scotland to visit their shop. It was a wonderful experience, and so lovely to see a small business thriving.
The range of shoes/boots was super.All beautifully made with great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process, from sourcing the leather, the tanning process through to finally arriving on the shelf.
Their customer service is outstanding.
I can’t recommend this small company enough. Highest quality, knowledgeable and helpful staff, first class service.

Bought a pair of Risedale boots which I loved. Had a slight issue with them nothing major but was enough to be reported. The response from the team was fantastic and I felt they really cared about their brand in my experience.

Good website that’s customer friendly. I order (separately) 2 pair of boots. I contacted Customer Service to see if they could deliver together. Super helpful and contact was great. Definitely recommend Lanx

My order was processed quickly and my boots arrived in a few days. I wore them around the house initially as advised to make sure they were comfortable but to be honest, I didn’t need to. They are amazingly comfortable and the Vibram sole is exactly what I needed as a professional gardener. Smart looking but rugged for work and walking. I love them

I have been a Lanx customer for a while now. I just love their boots. I have a couple of pairs, one of which near its end unfortunately as the sole was worn out. I was reluctantly considering throwing them away until I heard ab Re-Lanx...simple process, quick turnaround and my favourite boots were given a new youth. I am super pleased!

This was a considered purchase I was unsure of what size to order as I’m a 8/42 I went with a UK 8 and they have enough room, maybe a 8.5 would’ve been better but they’re fine and will give a bit also. They’re light as a feather and extremely comfortable I’m going on short walks in them at the moment to wear them in as ankle very slightly hard but toes and everything perfectly comfortable I’m really pleased with them x will buy some leather softener for the ankle

Great after service from Lanxx. They are super busy but they sort you out. Always had the best experience with any small issues I've had, new pairs sent out as replacements etc. A++

Amazing service, had a slight issue with an item and within a day or 2 a replacement had arrived. Would recommend the boots to anyone.

I have bought several pairs of shoes and boots from Lanx and the service and quality has always been excellent. I recently sent a pair of boots in to be re-heeled and they came back looking like new - outstanding.

A quality product that was comfy right out of the box. Great design and workmanship backed up by superb customer support.

I had browsed the online store a number of times prior to taking the plunge to buy. I opted for the Garstang chelsea boot in caramel leather - the product was everything they claimed it to be. Customer support is super responsive too.

Just been this morning to buy some shoes and whilst there had a belt custom made by real craftsman. The whole team we’re amazing and being able to watch the belt being made was an amazing bonus fabulous friendly team

If you’re thinking of purchasing a pair of Lanx boots and you enjoy wearing stylish comfortable footwear have no hesitation - get em ordered! They have truly fantastic customer service and have that personal touch you only get from ‘proper’ retailers.

I have followed LANX for a while so when I needed a new pair of boots I decided to give them a go. I am so glad I did.

I ordered some boots online which ended up not being a good fit for my feet. It gave me a good reason to have a run out and visit the Whalley Shop to exchange them. The experience was brilliant. The shop is a very nice and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. There is a huge choice and I found the perfect boot for my foot shape. The knowledge of the person helping me (sorry I am terrible with remembering names) was second to none and he was very patient as I tried on 10+ pairs of boots. I found the perfect pair and the exchange was completed with no hassles with the original incentives intact.

4 months on, the boots have proved to be a very good choice. I have since ordered a new pair of Lanx the day they were released (the Bromley trainer) online and they are exceptional.

I love the LANX ethos and the fact I am supporting a prospering UK business with UK suppliers. When I need more footwear I will be buying them from LANX. Well done!
