They take your money and you don’t receive the item you ordered. Whatever you do, do not order from them. They are crooks!!!! They don’t answer any messages, and they don’t have a contact number!
Absolutely dreadful company
Absolutely dreadful company, I ordered goods from them that say in stock and 3 to 5 days delivery. That was 10 days ago and nothing until I threatened legal action, they answered with a 1 to 2 weeks delivery. I have tried to cancel and get a refund but no response. I am now issuing County Court proceedings. If you are reading this before ordering my advice would be DO NOT GIVE THIS LOT YOUR MONEY

Ordered Garden Furniture on 9 July, after 10 days I emailed them to ask when it would be delivered having received no furniture or notifications and was told it would be a week, still didn't receive it and despite several emails to them could not get an estimated delivery date. Eventually they sent me a reply to say that they were cancelling the order and refunding me, but I haven't seen the refund either and that was a week ago. I will never use this company again, and would advise others to do the same - I shop online a lot and this is the worst site and customer service I have come across in years!!

Diabolical - do not use - you will be disappointed
So this is how you do business is it ?
You list an item on your website as for sale - I place the order and you take my money immediately - actually you don’t have any stock.
Then send me a couple of false promises of delivery to keep me hanging on - then over a month later, you send me a refund without even the courtesy of sending me an email to inform me.
So in summary - you advertise goods you don’t have - you take and have my money for over a month - give up replying to queries - then send a refund.
How many thousands of people do you do this to ?

Misled and Very Dissapointed
After placing an order for Garden Furniture .Advertising as in stock
I was so happy as I had tried to purchase elsewhere even paid more just to get what I wanted.
Placed order money taken immediately so all good.
Advised delivery was 2/3 weeks.
After several broken promises and waiting several weeks.
I emailed on Friday as was getting a little frustrated.
Only to receive an email within minutes to advise my order was cancelled.
No stock.I am so dissapointed in the Company as it stated quite clearly in stock when I paid.
I wouldnt trust to ever order from them again.
Now I am waiting for Full Refund of my Money.

This website is a scam. They take your order and payment for an item that they can buy cheaper on a different website then pocket the difference.
I ordered a set of grey garden furniture that matched some I had already bought from Asda a couple of years ago. Asda had no current stock of the grey item but lots in cream. I didn’t want cream so I paid a bit more thinking at least Laodel had it in stock in the grey. Two weeks later after chasing Laodel for a delivery update I received a delivery from Asda of the same set of furniture but in cream. I believe the website owner does this with all the items on the website, and occasionally runs into difficulties with hard to get items. I spoke to Asda. They cannot swap the item for the grey because they have no stock. If they collect and refund the payment, it will not be my payment but that of the person who ordered it for delivery to my address. So I would still be out of pocket and still be trying to contact laodel for a refund. It’s not quite illegal, but trading standards will be looking into it because the website terms and conditions clearly states that laodel will deliver and dispatch, which is false. Also, not having a contact number or easy way for customers to get in touch and get a reply is looked on poorly because the website is obstructing communication. The returns request page deliberately doesn’t work. It’s just wrong to make empty promises to customers. I will update this review once the card company finishes their investigation.

Despite the reviews like other customers i really wanted a particular garden furniture set even though it was £200 more than I found it for , but it was in stock so I ordered it ! Amazing customer services to start off ! After emailing 3 times and having no reply and feeling extremely disappointed I feel I am going to be requesting a refund. I hope this requested goes smoothly as it is over £800!!

Still no sign of my order and am very disappointed as I really wanted the product. Not sure how much longer to wait ................ Plus feel as though should be able to report the service (or lack of it) to an official body who can investigate and teake acion.

Email were never responded and it's impossible to get a refund (over £100) since every time I try I get an error, no answer on social media either.
They were prompt to reply after 48hr, I think it should just be clearer and I think that they should double check functionalities on their website, but most importantly advise on delivery dates and delivery updates, the order was placed 7 days ago and still had no idea what was happing.
