This shop is my go to for any and all preorders of figures I'm looking for! If the figure is on the site, I'm 100% getting it here. The prices for shipping are great as well as for the figures themselves. Shipping is always super fast, sometimes even before expected release, and packaging is always stellar. A figure I ordered ended up sitting in the rain for about 4 hours today, and it was still perfect and preserved because they pack so well! 10/10 I absolutely recommend this site for your figure purchases <3

Made my first ever order with them this week, they had created a shipping label within the same hour I placed the order and it was shipped the same day too. (The item was in stock in this case) Took only three days to arrive and it was packed well! I'm honestly blown away by the speed and service so I'm definitely ordering again next time

Exceptional Service and Fast Shipping
I am extremely happy with the professionalism of LapinNoir.JP staff. The store shipped my order on the very first business day after purchase, and it arrived in just over a week, which is impressively fast considering the distance it had to travel! The package was securely wrapped in bubble wrap, with an additional layer of cellophane and protected by air packets to ensure its safety. The store even included a cute postcard featuring the store's mascot.
LapinNoir.JP offers a wide selection of figurines, including some rare collectibles. I definitely plan to buy more figurines of my favorite characters from them in the future!

Fantastic service as always with this company.
They are my number one go to for My Hero Academia products, as I’m a big fan and here in the UK it’s virtually impossible to acquire some of the figures that are released in Japan.
Lapin Noir JP have always been great with communication of my orders through their Instagram page and even when I’ve asked questions in relation to them getting figures in - they’ve always gave me a swift response.

Shipping was really fast. My package arrived in 4 days which is impressive. I'm also very happy with the care taken in packing since we had rain. The package was dry as a bone. The figurines are gorgeous. Very good price! Will continue shopping on Lapin Noir!

High Quality Service
LapinNoir shipped my order out quickly and it arrived in two days. The figures were well-packaged and intact. Unfortunately, one of them was a different version of the character than I ordered. The friendly and helpful support staff gave the mistaken figure to me with the complements of LapinNoir then immediately shipped out the correct one. It arrived in three days. Anyone can make a mistake. It’s how a company addresses it that sets them apart. I am very impressed and pleased with the fine service of LapinNoir.

Packages arrived early and none of the boxes were damaged. The figures were exactly as shown. The boxes were wrapped in bubble wrap and very well protected. I refunded one item before it shipped and they refunded it with no problems. I will definitely buy from them again ( ≧∀≦)ノ

Good packaging, prices, and delivery speed
The order shipped within 5 days of me ordering it and arrived at my country in 2 days which is extremely fast given that I live in Europe.
The prices are extremely low in comparison to other stores, though the shipping is expensive for me. The packaging came completely intact and was really solid, very well packaged with intact boxes.
Will definitely use LapinNoir again!!

First time ordering from the site and the experience was great. I love how affordable the site it, and will definitely be back in the future. My only gripe was I wish tracking the order was easier (though, first time user, its not actually that confusing) and the timing of emails sent out was just a little confusing (e.g. asking for a review came much earlier than the package arriving), though nothing that dampened the experience at all. Customer support was fast to respond, helpful and easy to talk to. I have zero other concerns with my purchase, the quality is great and the shipping was fast!
