Bought a figure from Lapin Noir for the first time, and I was extremely pleasantly surprised.
There were some mistakes when I made the purchase on the site (got charged tax when it wasn't due) and they were so fast at noticing and fixing it that I didn't even get to send an email about it. That was impressive, very professional of them.
Other than that, the items were packaged properly, and they arrived in perfect conditions. That's not something I'll gloss over, since I've bought things in other places that didn't even put half that much effort into it.
Will be ordering again for sure!

Their support emails are very timely and readily answered all my questions about storage. Both of my figurines got shipped out months after the second was released with no hiccups. Came in pristine condition, brand new and not even a crease on the corners of the boxes because the box they shipped them in fit both perfectly! That really impressed me. So you can trust their packing! I’m happy with the experience, and I don’t think I need to go anywhere else for my figures.

The ability to make payments for the pre-ordered item was very nice! Lapin also did an excellent job in packaging everything, as I also had other items that were placed inside the same package that had stored in their version of "Pile of Loot" (LNJ Storage). They also calculated the tariffs and any extra fees for me so there were no issues there. My package was shipped from Japan to Florida, USA and arrived in a little over a week. I will definitely buy from them again since the prices were very reasonable, including shipping costs, and the customer service was excellent. They replied quickly to my questions about combining my items for shipping. Definitely worth a try!

Beware off them, it’s a 50/50 (bootleg or real thing)
I bought 5 Figures (one double without wanting to, was obviously also on me for not checking twice but the website was buggy) two of them were scratched with no signs of damage from outside, they were also not sitting/laying right or would just straight up not fit into the stand and parts would fall out of their places, concluding it is a hit or miss and therefore you can’t be sure if they’ll give you the legit thing or bootlegs, wouldn’t recommend

The statement suggesting there is a “50/50 chance of receiving a bootleg” is factually incorrect and may mislead other customers. We take authenticity extremely seriously and operate with full transparency and strict compliance standards.
Regarding the scratches, fitting issues with the stand, or loose parts you mentioned, we sincerely apologize for the frustration this may have caused. Such issues can result from manufacturing tolerances, factory quality control variations, or internal shifting during transportation, and are not indicators of counterfeit products. Even authentic items may occasionally have defects within manufacturer standards. In such cases, we follow the official manufacturer’s policies and procedures for resolution.

The shipment got me
The shipment got me, didnt knew or was told that I need to enter and pick what I want to be shipped. Waited 2 weeks until I understood "wait a second I didn't pay for shipment or got a code" just to go and find out its a step in the process, couldhave been more clear after purchasing the figures.
Thats the only reason I gave 4* and not 5*. Product came well packaged, as described, good prices. Everything was perfect. For sure I will purchase from here again when ill have new figures to buy.
