Shipping and the figure was great don’t get me wrong but the fact I had to pay for shipping twice was kind of a bummer despite the lower retail price.

Regarding the additional charge, we would like to clarify once again that this payment was not a second shipping fee, but rather a U.S. import tariff.
Due to recent changes in the United States tariff regulations, customers are now required to pay a 15 percent import tax for eligible products.
In your case, your order was placed before the new system was implemented in our store, which is why the tariff payment had to be handled separately. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Please rest assured that for all current and future orders, LapinNoir collects the 15 percent U.S. import tariff in advance at checkout, so customers will not need to pay any additional charges upon or after delivery.
Our store then submits the prepaid tax to U.S. Customs on behalf of the customer. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding this process.

Product selection is solid, prices are very competitive. I really like that taxes are paid upfront. The parcel is perfectly prepared though, double protection, i.e. bubble wrap + each item has an additional plastic protective layer.
I will definitely buy again!

I order lots of scale figures and purchased a 1/4th scale as my first from this seller. I was a bit hesitant at first buying an expensive figure from a new store but everything went smoothly. Even with the current situation with shipping to the United States, they were very accommodating and were able to ship my figure quickly. It was in perfect condition and I'm very happy with it.

I would like to start saying that LapinNoir is a great store and I will continue to order from them. I had ordered from LapinNoir before but never pre-ordered. This was my first pre-order and I chose to use their payment in instalments. It was easy and I had no issues, I was able to pay as much as I wanted for the instalments until the deadline. I contacted their support to change the shipping method and they were great and very efficient. My order shipped immediately as it released and arrived super fast with great packaging which protected the figure inside. I am very happy with my experience.

I would highly recommend shopping here, and will be buying figures here again myself in the future. The few times I have ordered from this company have all been beyond pleasant. The prices overall are reasonable, and shipping times have consistently been surprisingly fast. Each figure I've ordered has been packaged extremely well. I also really like that at checkout for United States customers depending which shipping courier you go with, you will pay whatever extra tariff charge at checkout instead of having to guess and wait to pay it when it arrives in the country.

They arrive super quick and I’ve found that they do everything in their power to make the egregious tariffs the US has implemented more palatable.
