Prompt shipment. The sandals are very comfortable. I only wish the color of the soles (where the feet rest) was in a darker color, so they would not show dirt easily.

The shoes were exactly what I wanted and they were delivered earlier than expected.

Their customer service is excellent, spotting an error on my order that I had missed. They have an excellent product that is good for my feet (La Plume) with a molded heel bed, arch support and metatarsal support. Just make sure you purchase the correct size for your foot as many women buy shoes that are actually too small.

I've been looking for LaPlume shoes s for over 20 years. They were always very hard to find. I happened to find their website online. Customer service was knowledgable about the products and answered all my questions. Extremely fast shipping. LOVE the products--and from a US based small business!
I was so happy with my first order that I put in a second order a few weeks later to try a different style also. Both pairs are a soft and comfortable REAL LEATHER. I absolutely am keeping and enjoying both pairs! Win, win!

I needed my sandals for a trip and La Plume delivered them promptly even though I was resigned to leave without them. I used to get these very comfortable clogs from La Plume and figured the sandals would be the same. The leather isn’t as soft but hopefully with time the leather will stretch. As for the price it’s a lot more than in the past but that’s the case with most shoes.

I really like the Agra style. I wear a triple an and this is the best fit I’ve had. I also love the natural leather footbed. This is a real winner for me.
