I purchase a battery that said it would…
I purchase a battery that said it would arrive in 3-5 days but it wasn’t from Australian and came from china. After 3 weeks. Didn’t get it. The tracking number was false and didn’t have any item associated with it. When i asked for refund. They just keep delaying and delaying.

The battery arrived in the predicted…
The battery arrived in the predicted time frame, one week.
The packaging was better than I expected, slightly better than what i would have expected from a battery shipped by Dell. Plastics over cardboard, foam, bubble wrap and anti static plastic sleeve. For bonus you get a couple of screw drivers.
The battery quality looks like an Original Equipment Manufacturer, no trouble installing it, it came with 26% charge and took 1.5 hours to charge to 100%.

Good service and battery as ordered BUT the tool for inscrewing the actual battery is the wrong size.
Annoying rather than a fault as usually I have access to a full set of tools, but not this so I'll need to get help

No response for return request
I ordered a battery for my 6yo HP zbook 15v g5 10 days ago. It was delivered in 5 days, but assembly tools weren't in the package as promised.
The model doesn't fit as 15v is a very different model to 15, which I didn't check carefully.
I requested to return for a correct model three times, two RMAs directly on this website, one over email to service desk, but no response at all after 5 days.
The service is obvious not as good as I usually get from other OZ stores.

New battery install HP laptop…
Installed new battery into my HP laptop after the original swelled up. Installation process was straight forward and the supply of two screw drivers was nice touch. Early days but so far the battery is working well.

Superstar service and exceptional battery
I had an old M6700 that hadn't been used in over 4 years. A company I contract for required control over a Windows machine (I now work on Mac), and I wanted to get everything working again.
The original battery 'wasn't recognised' so I went online for a new battery. Not only were these guys in Australia, they were the cheapest I could find.
I had confidence because they clearly stated which machines their batteries were suitable for.
On the checkout page, I was informed they were on holidays and that there would be a delay in processing my order. Also, they stated that the delivery time would be up to 17 days.
I was OK with all of that and went ahead and ordered. I got my confirmation email, and surprisingly, within 24 hours my order shipped.
From order day to delivery day was just 3 days and this was over the Xmas period.
The battery works perfectly, and I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company again.
