I searched for (Dell) Latitude 7410
I have updated my review from 1 to 5 stars due to the prompt reply and action of the seller: the seller has supplied at no cost the correct part.

For context below is my original review.

I searched for (Dell) Latitude 7410. Website shows 3 results, 2 for Chrome versions one for pure Latitude 7410. Ordered it and it is the wrong model. I went back and checked again in fact all 3 hits for Latitude 7410 point to the same battery JHT2H/7.6V/52Wh. I tried to search for the correct type which in the meantime I wrote down Y7HR3 and website gets me back to JHT2H?? What the heck search is that? Yes buyer beware, next time I should have the type written down instead of relaying on websites. However even searching for the right types gets me back into the trap - at this point I decided to give you 1 star

Easy transaction. Very good product
Easy transaction. Received the product in good packaging and in good order. Product given as advertised on website. Works straight off the box. Bought a 24Wh battery replacement for my refurbished Thinkpad X270. Fits well. Just note that the color of the battery comes slightly darker than the Thinkpad X270; no complaints from me as that's just cosmetic. What's important is that the battery fits well and works.

So far so good!
It came quickly and works as intended. It's only day one but the battery output from Windows states it is a brand new battery with 0 cycles. Will update or write another review after a month! But, so far so good! Great having a new battery that gets my through the day :)

Bose speaker battery.
I bought a battery for my Bose blue tooth speaker. I'd almost given up on getting it going again as quotes for a replacement battery were prohibitive. then I stumbled across this company and got exactly what I needed at about one third of the cost of other quotes. It arrived in good time & works perfectly after 3 or 4 months.

I purchased a second hand small laptop…
I purchased a second hand small laptop not working and was quoted over $250 to replace the battery and SSD card. Secondhand SSD purchased for $15.00 and the battery was less than 40% useful.
Ordered a new battery on line which arrived within a few days which I fitted and the laptop is now has a battery at 100% function. Thanks for great service.

My purchase of a new replacement battery for my laptop from this company was a very good experience. I was impressed with the extensive product range, and very comprehensive guidelines, which enabled me to find the correct battery, which was delivered to me in 4 working days. The installation instructions and general advice provided by the company were also very helpful. The pricing of my battery was also very reasonable. This company is based overseas - international transfer fee applies
This company is based overseas and just has a warehouse in Oz. While the prices are listed in AUD I got an international transaction fee (3.5%) for my purchase from my bank. Sellers should be up front with customers about this. No issue with battery or delivery.

I received a faulty battery but hopefully, we can resolve this matter! I know things happen so it’s unfortunate! The batteries were also not wrapped properly.
Although this was inconvenient the supplier is willing to reimburse me so all good in the end!😊

The battery fits and charged up easily.
The battery was delivered in good timing, with the communication regarding delivery very clear.
I gently installed the battery and left it to charge for the night. Turned on the laptop in the morning and YAY, life is grand.
