Dopo una prima risposta che ha chiesto invio del video con l'anomalia non si sono fatti più sentire. Fatte decine e decine di email di sollecito senza nessuna risposta..... Fatto anche ricerca su web
del pezzo di ricambio ma non più disponibile. Visto la mancanza di supporto e anche il mancato reperimento dei materiali sconsiglio l'acquisto dei prodotti di questa marca.

Do not buy an anything from Laresar! The machine was great until it was about 4 months old and then the motor broke. Customer service is awful, no phone number, got a couple of replies from the email address promising to send a new part and now months later no reply and no new part. Total rip off. Don’t do it. Waste of money and you won’t get a refund.

Robot acheté en oct 2023, depuis le 1er changement de sac de poussière il ne le détecte plus. Depuis le mois d'octobre 2024 souci avec la batterie, le robot n'arrive plus à aspirer toute ma maison. Contacter le SAV depuis le 11/12/2024, fait des vidéos, des tests, des mails, le 19/12 il me propose le remplacement de la batterie que j'accepte et depuis ils font les morts. Ne surtout pas acheter leur robot c'est un produit de très mauvaise qualité.

Auto-emptying never worked. I’ve had this vacuum about 3 months and it won’t work. It gives a fan error. Followed all troubleshooting steps multiple times. Gsrbage.

The robot hover is "sort of Ok", but it will get stuck on sloping furniture legs and even though the specification says otherwise- it *will* fall off the edge of steps!
Poor quality on the dust collection box, the lower plastic door hinge snapped after only minimal usage.
I also found it difficult to get original spare parts and consumables, the Amazon Laresar store stocks next to no consumables and most of those that are advertised are not in stock.
But the one star is given due to the very disappointing Laresar customer services.
I contacted them regarding the broken dust box and replacement consumables. After 6 weeks of false promises and not the quickest communication I have given up. I will not be buying from Laresar again.
Stay away from this company
Bought a Laresar ultra 7 Vaccum cleaner.
Well within the warranty the product stopped working displayed E1 error.
The only way to contact customer service is via email.

Bought it maybe a year ago and it worked well, until it doesn't. As other reviews, I do not recommend it - no support (they would reply, but you won't get any help).

Mon robot est tombé en panne quelques mois après l'achat. Il ne détecte plus le réservoir à poussière, puis la batterie est "endommagée" (merci l'assistance vocale de prévenir).
SAV catastrophique, et le mot est faible : problème datant d'avril 2024, toujours non réglé.
Plusieurs échanges de mails, puis plus de réponse. Après plusieurs relances, quelqu'un reprend le dossier, il faut tout réexpliquer, faire des tests, envoyer des photos/vidéos, réinitialiser l'appareil / l'application.
A date (01/2025), à nouveau sans retour de leur part et robot toujours HS. Une honte.

Stay away from these vacs had a cordless elite 7 battery stopped charging cant get a hold of anyone in customer service they just ignore you the vac was not even a year old. Emailed them no response called there customer service number it just rings busy all the time
Faulty product and customer service
After just over 12 months of use my L6 Pro robot cleaner stopped working advising that the 'battery was damaged or not installed'. After trying all of the trouble shooting tips I contacted Laresar customer service who initially were quick to respond and promised to send out a replacement battery within 15 days. 3 months on and still no battery and despite numerous chases they have now stopped responding to my email. Based on my experience I would avoid.

J'ai contacter Laresar depuis le 04 Septembre pour commander une pièce que j'ai perdue sur mon aspirateur Laresar Élite7 alors que je l'avais acheté qu'en Décembre 2023, j'ai refait plusieurs Mails sans aucunes réponses , très très déçue aucun suivi de leur part!!!

The design faults of the Stick version…
The design faults of the Stick version (7) are insurmountable. It’s garbage. Only tech it twice and it tries my patience too much. I eventually took part OUT TO MAKE IT WORK then threw it out. Another few hundred dollars lost.
I intend only to buy from a store from now on. I have also written to them with suggestions but I doubt they will take notice.
My fault for buying Chinese rubbish.
