Poor service
Ordered a pair of replacement wardrobe doors 23rd Sept, when they arrived 6th Oct one was visually damaged the other box was badly damaged and upon couriers advice rejected delivery. Upon contacting was told would have to wait until they were received back at manufactures before anything could happen even though sent photos to prove damage. Chased and chased and it took over a month to eventually get a refund although had been promised it was processed on many occasions.
First I was unaware of the out sourcing of the manufacturing, second they took no ownership of the issue and third it took my constant chasing to get my money back.
Very poor customer service and will never use them again.
