I purchased a treatment online for a Christmas gift to only be told when going in store that I cannot gift this as I opened an account in my name. I did this to avoid the recipient finding out. Most places online you add your details and the person who it is for
details.
I’ve been told they do not refund for “change of mind” even though this does not reflect my situation. I was spoken to very poorly by the manager and accused of being passive aggressive for not “understanding”.
Turns out a lot of people I have spoken to have had similar situations with this business.

The girls are all so friendly and professional, led by Alanis. They are a great team very caring and obviously love what they do. Very affordable, even better when they have their sales!

I had my second round of skin needling 4weeks ago with a different staff member I haven’t had before. It seems all the staff there are all friendly and I loved the treatment she gave me. A really good thorough job was done and skin looked amazing after it healed. All of the staff there seem to be well knowledgeable also which is comforting.

I have been a client at our local Laser Clinic for a few years and have invested substantial amounts of monies over this time. After my most recent appointment I received a request for some feedback (I have answered these before) I initially was going to once again give a positive feedback as the young girls are always friendly even if some of them appear short on experience. But decided to be a bit more thoughtful about my response.
I stated there were long waits for appointment times, and this was a continual problem as time was going on! I also expressed my disappointment in not being able to create a rapport with the staff as there seem to be a high turnover of regular staff and that their morale appeared not good and this was palpable to me. Some staff sheepishly stated that "things" were ever changing. My final comment was that perhaps the bussiness model was not sufficiently focussed on staff and client satisfaction and that this might affect the business reputation going forward.
To my surprise I received a call not 30 minutes later from a woman claiming to be the owner and she informed me that she was taking this comment personally as I had made a direct assault on her management style and ownership. She felt that I had no idea that people tended to come and go in her business. She followed this up by asking me (sarcastically) if I was unaware of the impact Covid was having? Her voice during our conversation I can only describe as
"passive aggressive" she appeared to barely containing her anger while talking to me!
She told me that seeing her Clinic was not meeting my expectations I should seek future treatments elsewhere!! She then proceeded to offer me a refund on one if my recent treatments , which I told her was not necessary as I was not complaining about the " treatments" perse . ( but I eventually excepted)
So I guess that I am persona non grata at my Laser Clinic!
So lesson learned ...if not making a positive comment do not make a comment at all
Such a pity as it was not my intention to berate anyone.

Just want to give a big 5 stars to the women at the nowra shop today. I was 45 mins early to my appointment as I had lunch with family and did not want to drive back home and then back into town for the appointment. They were more then accommodating and squeezed me in earlier! Cant thank the women enough for doing not only that but always being so caring and genuine with every appointment I have.
