I had such a great experience with Lex at Penrith Laser Clinic. She was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. She is very professional and thorough. Definitely recommend her!
It was devastating and disturbing after speaking to this Fililpina employee and If I could give negative one would be the best to describe it. After putting my trust in this business and spent money on facial products of which the staff strongly recommended after having facial treatment. I have advised you about my sensitive skin, after considering the fact I suffer from dermatitis or eczema which is a skin inflammation.
Unfortunately Laser Clinic Australia Penrith has declined to refund and give my money back today 16th August 2025.
Regardless she took photos of the affected areas and which she admitted and believed it was due from their facial treatment on the day. And by using the mist spray which contains HYALURONIC ACID it worsens due to the other ingredients in the spray.
