Honestly its waist of money and time you better off paying private gym instructor.
I had coolsculpt done at Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, they altered and change the shape of my stomach and now i have loose skin that wasnt mention to after i had procedure done. I did not have loose skin on day of procedure yes i had small roll of fat enough to suck up into the aplicator.
Only risk mention was PAH they did even send my waiver to me they kept it untill I asked for it.

They get you sign a waiver and take photos on worse angel possible thats there proof for afterwards.
They use a old dated machine much more up to date machines around other businesses.

I left in a lot of pain could not even put my shoes on afterwards. I went in with loose denim skirt and left on day with it tight.. 5 days numbing sensation they said. I was in pain for upto 5 weeks then had biggest belly bigger then when i had procedure done. I rang several times to complain something was wrong. They never recorded all phone calls on my file.
All they did was reassure me and pop me under red light therapy for 10-20 mins.
They dont offer skin tightening machines which are in my opinion unpredictable of correcting the loose skin.
I now have a bigger extended stomach the clinic WILL not give you a refund.

Your better off at gym and impleting RF Micro Needling to go along side exercising dont do COOLSCULPT you will regret it.

cryolipolysis (CoolSculpting) can cause uneven fat distribution or a condition called Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH), which makes the treated area look larger or firmer.

Francisers are in it for the money. Well my well earn money disfigured my body now it looks worse.
I have look at the reminder of damage they contributed in.
They also apply many applications in the one setting where other clinics do it in 1-2 sessions at a time.

They offer liposuction well that means more lose skin!!
I never went back after my experience as i suffer with bad anxiety in the end i had to except what i had once trusted never again.

I had procedure done on Mothers day 12 months ago what present they gave me!
Just a science experment if you want risk visiting that store.
Instead go do shopping and grab coffee is much safer.

Laser Clinics Australia Burwood burned my skin!!! They kept pushing me their products and when I raised concerns they told me it gets better but didn’t. Bella didn’t know how to properly the chemical peels and panicked mid procedure and had to call her manager. I have been trying to get in contact to no avail!!!

I’ve been getting laser for years at multiple different services and as a bigger girl i’ve had majority experiences in the beauty industry where i’ve felt judged and uncomfortable or like i didn’t belong. For an industry that’s supposed to empower women and help them feel confident that has never been my experience.

Although Elise at Laser Clinics Narellan and Macarthur has been amazing! I’ve been seeing her for around 6 years now and i genuinely won’t go to anyone else. From day one she’s always made me feel comfortable in myself. She is kind welcoming and never makes me feel self-conscious. Every appointment feels like catching up with someone who genuinely cares about her clients.

Elise has completely changed the way i feel about attending appointments like these. She creates a safe and positive environment where you can truly be yourself and that’s something that is hard to find.

Do not leave a consultation deposit with this store! The will do everything possible to not refund it if you don’t go ahead with their service. Very quick and easy to take deposit, must liaise with Manager for over two weeks to refund. Not good business practice.

Absolutely appalled by my experience at Laser Clinics Bondi Junction. From the moment I walked in, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and had zero compassion or professionalism.

I was pressured into doing a Brazilian laser appointment while on my period after already explaining beforehand I could only do legs. I was publicly told to “just put a tampon in” in front of other customers — humiliating, invasive, and completely inappropriate. As a woman, I should not have to defend my body, period, or personal boundaries in a clinic environment.

The treatment itself was rushed, painful, and lacked any communication or care. When I said the laser was too hot, I was told “well your hair is very thick.” No empathy whatsoever.

To make things even worse, after I left, I was falsely accused of not paying and made to return to the clinic. As a mixed-race Black woman with braids, this felt deeply racially profiled and discriminatory. I have never felt so humiliated after a service in my life.

I left feeling degraded, unsafe, and completely disrespected. Avoid this clinic if you value professionalism, dignity, and basic human decency.

I have visited your Broadway Mall LCA Shop on many occasions. I've enjoyed getting various treatments done here, not only for the great results, but mostly because of the warm hospitality received by the staff.
The girls are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional, there's no question the quality of care I'm getting here is second to none. I'm so happy to have stopped in on one of my very first layovers, so long ago. I feel I have friends here, I want to say thank you to Melina, Chloe, Ruby, Paris, and all of you staff. Such a lovely atmosphere. The staff and technicians are professional, friendly, and clearly know what they’re doing. They did an excellent job, and the whole experience felt very positive and reassuring as a customer. Highly recommend.

Highpoint, VIC - Unfriendly staff. Bad customer service. During my consult, I was advised to buy skin needling packages for $900 but I was not financially ready so I said no and wanted to go with my $60 session. The staff kept asking me why and i should get it. I understand they might have kpi to upscale but I said no so they should just stop forcing me to get it. Her tone changed afterwards, I was denied to get my facial cause I had done threading a few days ago and said they need to reschedule which was fine but she was very rude and unhappy that I did not get the package she suggested. Guess they just want money!

Excellent care and professional treatment with good results. My therapist was Megan who I highly recommend.

Had a very bad experience. The young girl after doing some work on my shoulders increased the temperature and did the back of my neck.
Was severely burnt, painful and blistered my skin.
Will not be coming back again.

I got treated at the Joondalup clinic by Jesalyn. I got a microneedling treatment. I had previously gotten this treatment at the CBD clinic and felt this time the treatment person was a bit more caring and thorough.
I love the microneedling and the products they use. I did purchase when it was discounted and that helps a lot with the cost, as the regular price is a bit too steep to do this 3 times in a row (to have the best effects).

Very satisfied with the botox treatment done by Matt! It looked very natural and was done very efficiently.

I went for my first skin consultation- it was free and comprehensive. Chloe made me feel comfortable and heard. She assessed my skin much better than I could! It was worth it to go to an expert- her skin was lovely as well! I trusted her. She didn’t push to sell anything which I appreciated and I came away with a few products at a good price which I am eager to use pretty much because of the friendliness and non-expectations of my consultant, Chloe. I was extremely happy with my laser hair removal treatment today. My therapist was thorough, kind, caring and went above and beyond what the other girls do. Great prices and caring staff mean I will be back again
