I would thoroughly recommend the SK:N Snowberry Lane Clinic in Melksham - I've just come back after having a minor procedure and the experience was very positive - all of the team were friendly and welcoming and went to great lengths to put me at ease, clearly explaining everything in advance and throughout - I felt very reassured that I was in good hands and they have helped me to achieve what I was looking for - a first class experience and I am very grateful to Debbie and Lisa for their help

My first initial consultation with the trainee staff went really well, I was walked through all the steps and made to feel secure in my decisions.

Then when I returned to see the main consultant/nurse, I was advised I had been miss-quoted, and the cost went up at least 20% which was disheartening.

When I returned for the test patch, I was left in the waiting room for 15 mins past my appointment time, as the staff were busy putting together care packages to be put on display.

However, 2 weeks after the test, I contacted the nurse Katrina who advised me of a discount offer on the treatment this month, and i was able to secure the full package with a price i was happy with.

Once I entered the treatment room for my first tattoo removal session, the service level was welcoming and calm; I was again provided a full detailed breakdown of what will happen, and was made to feel at ease.

I have returned twice for treatment and cant thank the girls enough for their care and emotional support.

The Brighton team are warm, professional and reassuring. They are open to exploring your options for treatment and are patient and well-paced. Very happy with this clinic.
