I am very disappointed by my treatment. I am at my 7th session for full legs and underarm and I still have a lot of hairs on my legs. Jen is lovely but I paid 750£ to have results, and they are not here. The machine they are using is definitely not a laser like you would have at a dermatologist laser clinic. I don't recommend, super expensive and not worth it.

I've been coming to The Laser Lounge for around a year and a half now! All the ladies are absolutely lovely, so welcoming and friendly! Clinic is gorgeous and spotless! Lucie has been incredible throughout my laser hair removal journey!

I've been going to the Laser Lounge for and year and a half now(different areas) and all I can say is it's definitely worth it.
The girls are amazing, I've been attending appointments with Jen and she is lovely - very professional, yet friendly - she will make anyone feel comfortable.
The process is painless and definitely reduces hair.
I would 100% recommend.
The new clinic is literally 5min walk from the old one and it's very easy to find it.

I’ve been coming here for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Everyone is so professional and it makes me feel at ease especially when getting full body laser. I’ve almost finished my 2nd course of treatments and will be buying top up treatments now as I can never go back to shaving/waxing after experiencing laser hair removal.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cannot recommend Laser Lounge enough!

I've wanted laser hair removal for years but always been too scared to take the leap! A friend recommended Lucie and her team. I'm plus size, have PCOS and was really nervous, the consultation put me at ease immediately, Lucie was so friendly and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had my first session at their new site which is beautiful (with FREE parking!). Jen did my first treatment, again I was nervous but she was so lovely and helped me feel calm. The treatment was so much quicker and nicer than I expected. It wasn't painful at all, it just felt warm. I'm really looking forward to seeing the results and grateful to the team for being so kind and patient!

I have been coming to Laser Lounge since July for laser hair removal and fat freezing with Jen. She has made me feel so at ease, explaining the procedures and what it entails, I even look forward to going !! I would most definitely recommend them

Very welcoming staff. I have appointments with Lucie every couple of weeks or so and trust her 100% with my electrolysis! They’ve also recently moved to a new building which is much better, with their own space rather than being tucked away in Media City. Oh, and free on-site parking is a definite plus.

I’ve pre-paid for 10 sessions, so I think that shows the level of confidence I have is very high.

I’ve been coming to Laser Lounge just a little over 2 months having regular electrolysis sessions. Lucy is lovely and makes you feel so at ease, she talks you through the process and is very realistic and honest with her results (which has been rare in my personal experiences previously). The results are exactly what I expected and what was outlined to me at the consultation and I feel so so happy with them. I previously really struggled with confidence and being in certain lights but it no longer consumes me and I’m just really grateful that I discovered Laser Lounge! Would recommend to anyone a hundred times over.

My experience with Jen has been great! I’ve only had 2 sessions of laser and I’ve had amazing results. It’s completely pain free and a friendly atmosphere. Love the new salon and such a reasonable price, just wish I’d come sooner! x

So happy I took the plunge and booked laser hair removal, even happier I done it with the laser lounge. Friendly and experienced staff, easy to get in touch with and a comfortable experience.

Really friendly staff and seeing great results!

At first I was nervous to seek laser hair removal but I found The Laser Lounge online, and they have been excellent.
They are really nice and friendly, fully accepting and embracing me. They've been completely reassuring so I can be confident in the results I'm seeing. They were very clear at explaining how it all works and what to expect, and were keen to listen to any questions I may have.
They have been very open and transparent about everything so I've felt well informed. There has been very clear communication every step of the way so I know what to do and get clear reminders for when my appointments are.
Being at MediaCity is an easily accessible location too, which I've found really helpful.

I would 100% recommend, and will definitely be going there for any additional future treatments

Thought about laser hair removal for years, wish I’d done sooner! Friendly staff and really nice and clean setting. The lip and chin treatment is done in 5 minutes - I pop over on my lunch break, it’s so convenient, discreet and no redness.

Fantastic gem of a place in Media City. I have had several laser hair removal sessions and fat freezing sessions. Jen is accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and just lovely. Hands down recommend.

After feel uncomfortable a not being able to leave my house that often, after what seemed like forever searching for someone to help me with my problem I came across these lovely lady’s.
