You're right: if the texture you received looks nothing like what you saw in the reviews, then we failed to deliver what we promised. We completely understand how disappointing that must be, especially when you needed it to blend with your natural hair.
This is not the experience we want for any customer, and we want to fix it for you.
Please email us with your order number, and we'll arrange a full refund or exchange – whichever works best for you. We'll also cover return shipping.
